I miss the days of big parties where multiple storylines would converge at one time. These small, one storyline events and parties are ok, but I still prefer the bigger ones. The cliffhanger was pretty good, though I'm wondering if Carson Boatman can play evil really well.

Vic was on for a few years in the mid 70s. He worked for Steve. Lemay created him as a potential romantic interest for either Rachel, Iris or Pat, but according to Lemay, he didn’t really have chemistry with any of them, just with Susan Sullivan

Jake and Ava might work. It would give Gabi and Ava an actual reason to not like each other. For a while I thought he was going to turn out to be Charlie's father.

There's so much they could do with Ava without her becoming a psychopath, and I really hope they don't take that route. As for Nicole, maybe she could use a new man, but there's no one really around for her except for EJ. The ship has already sailed for her and Brady, IMO

I won’t say it’s fire, but I’m looking forward to JoDevil and what he might do. I do wish they would’ve taken the route of having a Tripp/Johnny rivalry though. That would’ve added an interesting dynamic to what’s going on right now

TV Land cleared its normal schedule and has been showing non-stop GG all weekend. As for other shows that Betty White appeared in, maybe it's a rights issue or something.
