That is true ^^ There are some things that are beyond his control, and I accept that but there are other things (Laura's death, Calista, Kristen in a Sarah mask) that are just so pointless and unnecessary that you have to say Wtf?

There are a lot of good ideas on Days, but the problem is they're being executed so poorly because of a number of reasons. Episode guarantees, fast pacing. Seriously, how was there no follow up with the exorcism in today's episode? If you fix that up somehow, that could lead to a lot of improvements 😂😂 Maybe if

Well, I'm glad they remembered to do that 😂😂 I do like the way the storyline has been going lately, though I do think using Brooke's alcoholism, sobriety, fear of falling off the wagon etc. could have been done with a little more nuance.

The sequel is never better than the original, but I didn't think that this was completely terrible. It actually seemed to be taken seriously in these final weeks, which was the way that it needed to be done. Certain things could have been done better but considering the interference and the cluelessness of writers and executive producers on other soaps, I imagine that it could have been much, much worse. My biggest criticism of this storyline was Susan. Except for her scenes with EJ in the hospital, she came off as annoying and was just not needed. I also believed that it moved too fast. The exorcism, just like Abe and Paulina's wedding, should have played out for multiple episodes not just one or two, episode guarantees be damned. Per Jason47's website, the last time she attended was 2019 I had a feeling you were going to enjoy that 😂😂

What a great opening scene 😂😂😂 The courtroom scenes were pretty good as well. Granted, it still would have been better if Sonny had caught Carly and Jason in bed together, but this arc has improved this storyline pretty much. Hopefully, there’s tons of ripple effects for Carly/Sonny/Nina and Michael/Willow as well.

I really enjoyed today's episode. Sometimes Ron Carlivati gets it right lol This is what the possession needed to be from the very beginning. John facing down the demon with the medal and fighting him off was campy, and Drake was hammy but I wasn't laughing. It wasn't the kind of camp that Ron is accustomed to: that stupid, silly crap. This was more the shade of JER and I really liked that. And it was nice to see that everyone was still able to hang the ornaments on the tree despite everything that happened. It sent a nice message to the audience lol And yeah, I know a lot of you don't like Missy Reeves, but I'm glad Jennifer's back. She was desperately needed in the whole Abby/Gwen storyline. And the shorter hair looked good. If it were me, I'd probably write her, and Rafe, off

Her getting over Steve was supposed to be part of her redemption or something. But yeah, Ava didn't need to be completely redeemed into the Italian housewife that she's been written as. She could still be written as a villain, but not a complete psycho. The writing just needs to be a little more subtle. And yeah, Ava and RoboJohn did date for a little while. But she left town when she thought she could face charges for Shawn Sr.'s death.
