  1. She has pink hair now, and just posted a new set of photos on her Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/CG3KwGVh5Od/
  2. I've always seen Graham as a self-hating closet case.
  3. Don't f.uck with Lesley Stahl and the most watched and trusted news program on American television.
  4. Reminder that the PBS Frontline documentary about voter suppression and the 2020 election airs tonight on most PBS stations. Small clip PBS posted:
  5. Trump himself has switched party affiliation numerous times over the years. It’s never really been about party affiliation with him. He’s opportunist and saw a weakness in the Republican Party and how far right-leaning it’s been over the last 25+ years, and used that as an excuse to highjack it for his own personal gain. If the Republicans lose their majority in the Senate and Trump loses this election, they really have no one else to blame. They’re clearly going to have to move in some other direction as this election is more of a referendum on Trumpism that anything else.
  6. Voter suppression is real. PBS’s Frontline is doing an episode on it airing on 10/20. https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/frontline/film/whose-vote-counts/
  7. The funny thing is that she did fall into obscurity when her first sitcom ended. If not for Disney having her lend her voice to Finding Nemo, she would have never had any type of career resurgence (beyond standup obviously). There were some really rough years there for her after the first sitcom ended and before Nemo and the talk show.
  8. That's a great group, if only Alan can just take a back seat and let these people lead the conversations.
  9. Neither the Houston family nor Clive can be trusted with this. Robyn’s account is probably the most accurate depiction we’ll ever get. Yes, she cashed in on Whitney’s demise, but she handled her press tour with much more class and respect than the other cretins that were in Whitney’s life.
  10. It’s hard out there for any actress pushing 40, let alone 60 like Delaney is.
  11. I was mostly referring to the end this clip, when after reviewing the famous Kat/Zoe scene, Lacey and Jessie basically mention how good the writing used to be when they had people like Sarah Phelps and Tony Jordan, lol. It's like even the actors on this show know that they don't really have that caliber of writers anymore to salvage their characters.
  12. The actors in that story were kind of cringeworthy from what I’ve seen. I can’t believe they were given a story like that. Toby-Alexander Smith is cute though, I guess...
  13. The Secrets From the Square (even if Stacey Dooley was sometimes an annoying host) specials were probably the most interesting thing the show has produced in years, and obviously they had almost nothing to do with the current show. The final episode with Jessie Wallace and Lacey Turner was probably the best one and could have probably gone on for a good hour if needed. Lacey was more talkative and candid than I've ever seen her be, and Jessie was more reserved than I expected, lol. It's nice that they mentioned great writers from the past like Tony Jordan and Sarah Phelps, the caliber of whom the show so badly needs these days. I kind of got the feeling both women knew the writing on the show is not up to par anymore or what it was when their characters were at their height, but they remain loyal to it likely as a safety net.
  14. Soaps Past will have an interview with Jerry verDorn and Maureen Garrett on 9/14.
  15. I just have no words for this. Way too young. 😢
