  1. Absolutely. Reading it now, I realize how much I missed during my first experience with the book years ago - I was simply too young to grasp the depth. Back then I clung to the sensational, dramatic parts, and... of course... Anna was my favorite. This time - Levin is my guy. At 13 I thought he was boring. Thank GOD I’m 30 now! I never want to return to that level of naivety. I’m down to the last 100–150 pages and I genuinely don’t want it to end. I started this journey over a week ago and since then I’ve stopped watching anything, barely touched my phone, and let Tolstoy completely take over my free time. The Kindle Oasis plays a huge role too - I quickly realized I can read while moving around... so I've been going on these absurdly long 3–4 hour walks through the park and the pretty parts of town. The strangest side effect, aside from cardio and feeling refreshed after walking... is that I now remember which chapter I read in which part of town. For example... the other day I was reading Kitty and Levin’s wedding while circling a gorgeous German castle. It was almost too good of a synchronicity. ❤️
  2. Thank you dear @DRW50 for the tag. This was such a treat. Especially in this stunning quality.
  3. Absolutely.
  4. I'm relieved to see signs that Europe is finally coming to her senses. It was truly disgusting to witness so many "leaders" visiting that creature's nest, fake smiling and saying, "THANK YOU master for this and this and this," just to remain in the bully's good graces. Not out of real respect (we all saw and felt the cringe). Out of fear. This is in general - you can't deal with a sociopath by simply turning the other cheek. They should have learned this by now. They tried playing the game like that... being calm and goody goody... AH WE ARE SOOO diplomatic and soooo NICE. And what is happening - it's escalating. That vulture wants to eat. It's never fed. You can't satisfy it. So why even bother anymore.... a sociopath will NEVER stop when you attempt to reason with them. NEVER. They are mentally ill. It's that simple. So why the surprise? Why the cries on social media... We warned them million times that this would happen, f-ck... Harris predicted it with absolute accuracy. Everything she said... happened or is happening. Now, I see people claiming they didn't vote for this. Excuse me... Don't try to escape the consequences of your choices and the curse you imposed on others. You opted to become Russia 2. And, quite frankly... it's looking even dirtier and lower IQ than Russia. It's a Russia-wannabe and that's the most pathetic thing on Earth. And here we are... the rest of the world... caught between two psychopaths who want to play games. Europe -
  5. The Queen.
  6. There was this parasitic Intel Computing or something like that program ruining my windows and making it slow... making it constantly work and the fan always noisy. I didn't even know what it was, thought I had a virus... till I saw this mother-fu-cker consuming half my CPU power in the task manager. Finally de-installed that bitch and everything is finally quiet now. Jesus Christ.
  7. I can't unsee the fugly image of that woman standing next to the Pennywise clown with the creature grinning like it really Got it We are living in a Black Mirror episode.
  8. It's just keeps getting more and more disgusting each day.
  9. LOL at the low effort... effort.
  10. SHE IS SO TALENTED, I LOVE THIS WOMAN
  11. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Now I aaaaaabsolutely MUST catch up! I'm like... weeks behind. I've been lost in the hurricane that is Anna Karenina, reading that cursed (in a good way) book non-stop for days... and I haven't even watched a single show. I'm really starting to miss BTG. Dear Hamilton Widow... I'm coming back to you soon! 🩷
  12. I'm in the middle of Anna Karenina. Pretty much... when I'm not working or doing chores... or with my husband... I'm on the Kindle with Anna, Levin, Oblonsky and the rest of the bunch. It's much better than I remember it, in my teenage years I did love it, but very superficially... Now I'm basically walking with the kindle to the store... and I'm tearing up reading... Have to hide my tears so people don't notice.
  13. 1/5 of Anna Karenina... Chileeee the dramaaaaaaaa.
