Coronation Street: Discussion Thread
Totally don't know this Andy character (as I had just started watching after he had "died") but he does look cute.

Yeah, I wasn't even aware there were politicians like that in Australia. Hopefully you guys are smarter than us when it comes to this fool.

Hey guys, politics in America could always be much worse....

I've always thought that if one was going to campaign against Trump a great song to use during the campaign trail would be Creedance Clearwaters "Fortunate Son" which basically is a F-U to people like Trump.

So No. 45 finally tweeted in response to what's taking place in Charlottesville and yet again it proves he's a master at putting words together to unite the nation <sarcasm>.....

Thank you. Trump has basically said that anyone who didn't support him is basically his enemy, that's not how you govern a nation.

Norris and Mary are great I love their story. Mary and Adam are great as well lol Have I mentioned that Sam Robertson (Adam Barlow) is now my newest UK soap crush ? Move over Mike Parr and Duncan James.- Guiding Light Discussion Thread

I agree. I wonder if this story is going to lead to either her getting pregnant or her going bonkers, at this point I can't honestly tell.- Twin Peaks

Amen! It's a meandering mess, and feels completely directionless.- Guiding Light Discussion Thread

Isn't Assange wanted by the U.S. government? Assange Contacted Donald Trump, Jr.- Emmerdale: Discussion Thread
Last I had seen on the show, they had Nel being a schemer one day taking Jai's credit card, then psychotically threatening to slit her wrists the next if Jai left her, then sleeping at the factory because she was homeless, taking the blame for something going wrong at the factory(making her sympathetic?), then some nonsense about her having a child that was given away. The actress couldn't handle the material IMO and I just didn't understand where the writers were going with her, was she genuinely troubled or was out to con Jai? I haven't really seen her since I've decided to check back in on the show a few weeks ago. I agree to a certain extent, but Charity needs direction at this moment, it's horrid.- Emmerdale: Discussion Thread
You're right. However I'm finding this whole story preposterous in itself, and lazy writing. If Nel was salvageable I would have been happy to see she become Charity's protege while scheming against the Sharmas. But like most of the stories since the conclusion of Ashley's story it's all been a waste. And Rebecca as a character works in scenes with Debbie (I wouldn't be against a romantic pairing between these two) and Victoria. I don't hold it against the character that she does not work with Aaron and Robert, who are the equivalent of a black hole.- EastEnders: Discussion Thread
