Well, I used to be a HARDCORE Shimi fan. So, that doesn't mean much.

LOL Mike. They were fun to watch in Sept/October when Shawn/Mimi were friends and moving in together. They had a lot of cute scenes. I still think they got together too quickly. I would've loved to see more friendship scenes and maybe a friendship story.

I like Fath, but not so much Mimi. From what I've read, she seems to be down to earth and funny and I would love to hang out with her. LOL If we're talking about her acting, um, no comment.

Patrick is the father but how many different ways did Days open up for him not to be? I mean the gloved hand is running around, Kate and Bonnie could always switch the test, and Dr. Bader did say that the test may not be completely reliable. I am not worried about this-Days gave itself enough outs to make Bo the daddy.

Carrie and Lucas was kinda funny. Thr curtain catching on fire was so predictable considering the curtains were blowing around and Days made the big deal of showing that .

The Sami/EJ scenes were great. Reminded me of her and Brandon's relationship in the beginning where he was always trying to help her and not judge her.

The Billie/Austin scenes were great. Pinson and Peck work well together. I loved Austin trying to hook her up with EJ. I hope this means Pinson is going nowhere-I love this woman. A Billie/EJ/Sami triangle may be interesting.

I just loved that ending. Seeing Mimi get some sort of comeuppance was funny as hell. I am loving Philip-like Toups said he is showing signs of being Victor's son. I will give Bradnt credit for putting some energy into his scenes unlike Cook and Fath.

Yeah they moved it too fast. I actually liked Shimi untl Febraury when she learned about Claire and would whine about knowing the truth every single day. I was very into them early on. Fath does seem great though-I mean some hate her but I like her sense of humor and her personality.

Shimi took a bad, bad turn when they got engaged. Bad, bad, bad, baaaaaaad.

I like Shimi for about a month and then I didn't like it.

Also, when Shawn and Mimi got together, Days was pretty bad, and Shawn and Mimi was the ONLY good thing at that time. It was new and refreshing. Everything else at that time, was just old and repetitive.

The engagement was a poor move. Finding out Claire was Shawn's was a BAD move.

Shimi got married way too soon. Shawn and Mimi are not domestic type characters.

I also was impressed with brandt today and ive made it quite clear how i despise his acting..I guess when the material is there he can do something, as long as it's not crying

I'm overjoyed! Not for the fact that once again, Belle and Shawn are having an unplanned kid (even though, I love them together) but for the simple fact that MeMe is once again feeling stupid and looking like second best.

I have to agree, Casey. I used to hate Mimi for her abortion and all that followed but now I'm just LOVING how she's become daytime's NUMBER ONE whipping post! Haha, nothing goes right in that !@#$%^&*]'s life. IT's sorefreshingtoo because she'snot likeable like say, Theresa on "Passions." That is, there's no "true love" for her and she has no dreams that we can in good conscience root for. So it's easier to RELISH her misery.

Well, now I disagree. (and we were doing SO well in that incest thread!) I think it'sincredibly gutsy to make Pattycakes the father. Any other soap opera writer to feel it some 'soap sin' to have the supercouple not share the child. Either that or make St. Patrick the father and kill off the baby in a miscarriage or stillbirth or something...IF the gloved hand isn't involved, this is one hell of a ballsy move, and I APPLAUD thewriters.

Great episode! Best scene was Philip going OFF on the doctor. For the first time, I felt like he was the son of Victor Kiriakis. Brandt was really good and proved to me he's been wasted all these years. Philip should've been 'gray' character instead of a 'good guy.'

The Belle/Philip previews for Monday looked really good. Brandt/Madison in a dramatic scene together = awesomeness. Love those two together.

As of today, I'm enjoying the this storyline.

Gotta add something here. I can't believe you were reminded of Brandon and Sami, Phoenix. Is it jus tme or is EJ TOTALLY manipulating Sami here? I think he's a villain. He's grown more harsh since his arrival and his true colors are starting to show. He's not looking at Sami's blackmail letter for selfless reasons. IS n't this obvious?

No, Belle is not carrying her and Shawn's baby. Did everyone forget that the glove returned the petrie dishes back AFTER the implantation. So..............Belle is implanted with the Mimi/Philip baby.

The technicians today did their job correctly and what they reported is what they know, but what they did not know was that the vials were switched before the implantation and back after the implantation.

I believe the surrogate with the Belle/Shawn baby is going to be the next news for this storyline.

Kyle has always been a good actor. His part was just a buffer between Belle and Shawn so he never was allowed to take his rightful lead. He is great in my book and I wish he could stay. Also, he and MM compliment each other both visually and as actors.

Mimi never was a favorite of mine, but I like FF's version of Mimi...but hate that she caved into the witches and kept her natural gut feelings on the backburner.
