Anyone know what happened to Jan Spears? Last I saw she was in a a coma after having going into cardiac arrest. Also anyone know where Heather Lindell is? I LOVE her acting and would like to see whashe is doing now.

Heather Lindell was listed in the credits as recurring for ages and finally dropped. The last scene of Jan was at the hospital when she was in a coma what was supposedly irreversible. She was dropped just like a hot potato. Realistically, she would have become either a ward of the state and moved to a state facility for care or her attorney would request the state to be appointed her guardian and moved her to a private facility as her estate could most likely afford that. But, the show never told us anything.

Also, realistically, Jan could have been pregnant with Shawn's child as potent as he is written to be and delivered that child which would then become heir to his/her mother's estate and come under the protection of the mother's legal guardian. I had hoped that the guardian would figure out that Shawn was apparently the father, get the dna to prove it and give him his child to raise. That didn't occur either. But it would have been good.

I even made up a story whereby Tek was the only one who cared about Jan and he would visit her everyday, even after she was moved to a nursing facility and then one day after his many, concerned visits, Jan did start coming out of her coma and had lost memory of events leading up to her confinement, but did remember Tek's caring for her and she feel in love with him.

There are so many stories that could be told but never are.

I hope the bring her back someday and yes they did that to Lucas so mabye that is what they will do with Jan. I am tired of Mimi and I would like to see how Jan would react to Mimi being with Shawn and it would be nice to see what happens if she finds out about Claire's paternity.

Replace Jan with Mimi and this storyline would be way better IMO.

I agree Danny. There's still a lot of unresolved story with Jan that needs to be told. I'd love that crazy bitch back. Belle needs a real rival, not a whimpering frosty haired lying twit.

As soon as Heather's conract ended in May 2005, she was never used again (except for her final episode in July 2005, where she appeared in a newly-created version of the fight with Mimi).

I'm surprised there's room in there for her given that attic also houses the Fat Girl, Nicole's father, Jan's first boyfriend, and Mimi's first dork-turned-hottie boyfriend.

I think they will use her someday again because if they didn't want to they wouldv'e had her killed after the thing with Mimi fighting with her was resolved.

DAYS dropped the ball with Jan...She was a great addition to the cast IMO. I loved the summer where she tied Shawn up.

As did I. Actually I don't know if Lindell chose to quit or not but after Shawn realized he loved Belle Jan wasn't really on that much so it wasn't a suprise that she dissappeared.

I would love if the gloved hand were Jan and impregnated herself with Shawn's sperm. I would rather see that, than Mimi telling herself in every episode I am a fraud I MUST TELL THE TRUTH and the next scene she blabs about taking too many steps to walk to the bathroom.

I love Jan so much. She made DAYS worth watching for me. I hate JER and Corday for writing her off.
