Umm yeah! The show was a disgrace that year. It was b/c they had way too many new characters and the storylines were so WTF-worthy. The only bright spot in that entire year, for me, was the stuff w/ Lisa and John.

Ugh...don't remind me! That was when Paul started that internet company w/ Sarah Kasnoff and some other people. I can't really remember...either that, or I just don't want to remember b/c it was awful

The gala kicked ass!!! Sharon vs. Nikki battling for attention. Ashley sold the entire show for them and in my humble opinion won them the Emmy!!

I love that quote-Slezak always manages to inspire me with her support for La Lucci...even I, a big Susan Lucci fan, felt embarrassed when certain fans of hers booed Slezak as she walked up onstage to claim her prize.

Slezak always proves to be a class act but at the same time knows how to contain herself.

Am I the only one here who thinks that the 1996 stories happened like yesterday?
