Huge disappointing day on Days for me. Loved Steve and Kayla and that's about it. Pouting Abby drives me nuts and Patrick just needs to get lost and all the other stuff was so much what we've have been struggling through forever. I'm furious with Jack but loving Matt. Frankly, how does one feel for Jen. It hurts too much to even try to figure out.

These scenes were amazing, but that story is so awfull, I can´t even enjoy that. I think even wonderfull performances like this cannot save a story if that story stinks and that´s the case here. I´m just so tired with Jack dying, Jennifer crying and Frankie´s pimping 24/7 to push him into their story. What was the purpose of the last half year when we are exactly at the same point now?

We have about two months till Missy leaves the show forever, would it be really so hard to give her and J/J some different stuff? I hope Beth Millstein will remember she wrote for J/J before and gives them some more propper farewell. I just want this story finally gone and dealt with.

ITA Jane.the story is awfull and I cant wait for it to be over.Hopefully we will get some great J/J moments before Missy leaves.

I thought today was good, not great.

People need to remember that last week was a week with alot of payoffs so it is only natural for things to quiet down. You can't expect what you had last week to happen every week. The show is much better right now then it was.

J&J were excellent. Missy finally came alive and was great. Matt was superb. Billy Warlock deserves credit too.

Steve's lines were great. His scenes with Kayla were great too. Another thing people need to remember is that recent fans of Days may not know them so to shove them down viewer's throats would be wrong. They got alot of attention last week especially on Thursday and Friday. Give the story time to keep developing. Trust me good things are on the way.

The other stuff was filler but I did enjoy the Lexie/Hope scenes. I wish Bo would just knock Patrick out. I used to like Hotrick but now it just disgusts me.

This week should be a good week but people need to keep in mind last week was one of those classic weeks with alot of payoffs and events. This week is back to normal but even this normal is better then May. Think about it-no flashbacks and the execution has improved. Days will have a great summer but you aren't going to have week like last all the time. No soap does. Alot of today was boring but there was enough good stuff for me to say the show was good and entertaining.

OK, I get where you're coming from, but no soap should be a dull, boring show. Any poor show deserves to be called out as so. There is so reason there should have been such dragging today. Because of the payoffs is was THAT much more important the episodes follow it kept the attention of viewers. I'm afraid today won't do that.

That is just it-it was not a poor show. There was filler and some boring moments but otherwise the show was not that bad. It was not great but it was good enough. All the stories that had payoffs last week had great scenes today (Steve/Kayla, J&J/Frankie, Hope/Lexie scenes) and still progressed. The only real filler was the Bo/Patrick stuff and Sami/Carrie/Austin/Lucas. I agree the show had some moments where it dragged but this show was a good enough followup to last week. All I am saying is not every day or week is going to be out of this world like last week. Today was a good show and if that isn't good enough to hold viewers then I don't know but today's show was hardly poor. It wasn't great but it definitely wasn't poor, unless you hate the stories being featured then that would be the only reason to see it that way I guess.

I love Sami/Austin/Carrie/Lucas. I know I am the only one, and I don't give a flying [!@#$%^&*]! But I think it's good, and I enjoy it.

Loved Jack and Jennifer, and that one scene with Steve/Abby with the name thing. I also loved the Hope/Patrick scene, and the stuff where Patrick told Bo that he loves Hope. And he loves her enough to walk away from him. Even if they change that, it was still a cold shower in Bo's face and right now - I wish Hope would explain to Bo that it's not about the EVIDENCE thing, that's just on top of the pile, it's about the entire feeling of betrayal ever since Zack died.

I thought today was a pretty good show. I enjoyed all of it except for some of the Austin and gang moments - but I enjoyed alot of it. Everything else was good. And I even enjoyed the Bo/Hope/Patrick stuff. I esp. loved the conversation between Hope and Lexxie at the hospital.

I guess for some the "ghostwriter" wasn't writing today.

I found the show good, and liked that it kind of slowed down and let us have quiet moments between J/J, Frankie & Jen, Patch & Kayla, Max & Patch, etc. It was what was needed at this point in the story. To give them all time to talk and sort out the feelings of what is all going on. And I felt they did it well today.

The only thing I am mad about is that I am working hard on being spoiler free, and even before the show aired today (while I was watching Another World) SoapNet had a promo stating completely what is wrong with Hope. Man I am so mad because I did not want to know. They told it completely and said to tune in Wednesday to get Hope's response. Man I am so mad.

Stars of the day for me were Ashford, Reeves, and Warlock - man they all 3 were really good to me. Reeves really delivered today, and I am so pleased. She was really bad at the church, but really brought it today.

I watched Passion's for the first time in a long time today, and NBC aired a promo for Days that revealed more than the SoapNet promo did.......

Who needs the Spoiler Island here. when you have the Network Promos revealing more than just tidbits of information?.....

1. All the emotions at the J&J house were REAL. There were NO bad guys. My heart was breaking all over the place. Not only with MA and MR, but with BW - he's playing Frankie broken-hearted so subdued, I just wanna reach through the tv and hug him and let him cry it all out.

2. I love Bo and Hope, but for the love of everything holy, GET RID OF PATRICK. He's as useless as his hideous mother.

3. The Sami et al quartet MUST END.

MUST

MUST

MUST

I don't believe for one nanosecond that Sami actually loves Austin. This is one of the greatest self-brainwashes -EVER.

I want her away from the two toads that told her she was second place.

NO MORE SECOND PLACE for Sami.

Let her find love, real love, with EJ.

I may be in the minority but I thought todays show was better than some last week when everyone was raving about it. I thought the dialogue for once, especially for J/J, was excellent. I am pleased that Missy actually gave it her all in her scenes today, about time she woke up!

Lexie/Hope scenes: Loved these scenes, two friends trying to help each other is always nice. I actually felt for Hope in these scenes unlike the last few weeks where she has been a straight up !@#$%^&*].

Sami/Austin/Carrie/Lucas: There were some good moments, but do we always need Lucas to be the ONLY smart guy that knows whats up with Sami, I mean really? Austin is as dumb and forgiving as he ever has been and that is saying a lot. I wish the character of Carrie had something else to do except listen to Lucas and Austin fight over Sami, guarantee CC didnt come back for this [!@#$%^&*]! Plus I dont get or see the Austin/Sami angle anymore. Maybe 5 or so years ago but not anymore.

J/J and Abby: Fantastic scenes! Jack being scared to die was something I wasnt ready for. It was nice having a long scene with just them talking and not chopped up with other stories every 30 seconds. Kudos to Ashford and Reeves. How hot is Ashley Benson, she is smoking! The show better not get rid of her kind of talent. I think Benson/Melvin/Brooks are all very talented younger actors. Much better than Storms, Cook, and Fath thats for sure. Steve and Abby had some great one liners to each other, Nichols just oozes talent.

Max/Frankie: With what little they are given Brooks and Warlock are just so good. Their talk came off so natural, I hope DAYS doesnt get rid of either of the 2.

Bo/Patrick: Patrick has no right being there for Hope! Yeah he may be a friend, but friends arent just allowed to rush in there like he did, especially when Bo is right there with her. With that beign said, I liked their scenes. I dont know what it is sometimes I think Brody sucks and other times he sucks ass. Today he rocked in the scenes with Peter.

Kayla/Patch: Way too little screen time, at least they want answers having to do with Steves death.

Austin/Sami/Lucas/Carrie are just as contrived as the Belle/Shawn/Mimi/Philip story. The first quad are older and should be dealing with more mature issues, not acting like characters in Sweet Valley high books. I hope this is something Sheffer and the new writing team will try to fix. Austin and Sami need to be broken up and out of each other's orbits. They never worked out five years ago, why should they work now? Carrie and Lucas have potential, problem is, they will always be written as loving Sami and Austin deep down.

The scenes at J&J's house were the best today. J&J had some good moments together, and the Frankie/Max scenes were also nice. Darin and Billy play well off each other and I hope they will be given something to do later down the road. I really feel for Frankie. He is such a loveable guy and you want him to find happiness. Also liked the Jo/Kayla scenes too.

I'm not hating the Patrick/Hope/Bo thing just yet, but my wish is that the new writers don't go down the old predictable route that JER would have done if what happens to Hope actually comes true.

This wasn't a bad episode. After everything happening last week, we needed something slower where people could actually react to all the changes. Remember when everyone complained how things were rushed after the SSK and everyone was found to be alive? They were hardly any moments of dealing. Now we have it. It's a nice change of pace.

So much word.

When Lucas uttered those loathsome words the other day ("We can't clone Carrie") I just wanted Sami to step out from her hiding place and confront them both with something like "You both want Carrie so bad you want to freakin' clone her? And I've been chasing you to why exactly?? You're both morons. And you wouldn't know a good thing if it bit you on the ass. Neither one of you deserve me. And I deserve better than either of you. We've been in this rut it feels like half our lives, but no more. I'm out of the game. You two feel free to fight it out over Carrie or go off and setup a three-way lovenest for all I care. I'd say "May the best man win," but you're both losers. I'm done."

I'd pay money.

There was a flashback today of Sami which was annoying. Since I'm not a J/J fan, they were annoying as well to me. I sat here and thought oh yeah, I'm supposed to believe all this dying and feel sorry for you. He manipulated the whole thing, he was not thinking at all of his wife's desire or needs from her perspective, he didn't even consult her...it was all his total manical ego (which he did admit to). It could have been written to sound a bit more believable. I don't for one minute think Jen would just instantly fall into his arms that way. Where is her dignity, feelings and pride. She has high self-esteem. There were other things really wrong with today's show but I will not mention them. It's done.
