Should not be posted until after 5pm ET, per embargo rules, which @Errol asks that we follow. 👍🏻

I will never stop beating the drum of what a horrible, off-putting, and irrelevant character Ashley is, and what a boring actress Jen Jacob is (she can’t rise above the horrible writing for her charac

Protecting teenagers from unplanned pregnancies isn't a 'heteronormative' double standard; it's just Parenting 101. Trying to link Martin's adult relationship to his rules for his teenagers is a massi

The show definitely plays it too safe quite often, which I think can be detrimental to both stories and characters.

TD injects Bill with some needed alpha male energy, tempers it in a way that only a seasoned actor can. He's not a cartoon like Leslie or raging like Martin, which I appreciate.

Bill is my favorite male character on the show, despite being a jerk, and the dull pattern that he's in with Hayley.

Bill is also my favorite, though I am very fond of Andre, Smitty, Vernon and kooky Martin lol. (Izaiah could be great but is soft rn, Donnell is barely around and Joey I like as a villain but not some long-term investment.) Bill just has more dimension.

You can tell a segment of the audience responds to Big Bill too when he's in his element, like when he threatened Leslie last year. They like it. We can decry it if we want to but it's the same effect that accompanied Victor on Y&R, Sonny or Luke on GH in their prime. I wouldn't put Bill in that pantheon of course but it's the same kind of energy.

Smitty is looking like a snack today, and I love him in those slutty glasses.

We knew repeats were coming, because there aren't enough episodes contracted to fill 52 weeks.

That we did. I do wish they were more cohesive as the repeat blocks last year though.

I watched an interview with one of BTG's directors several months ago. Can't remember his name. He said it's his understanding that they can't burn through expensive new episodes during historically low-rated weeks. Not sure if I agree with that rationale for such a long disruption, but hey that's why TPTB make the big bucks and I don't!

That is some interesting tea and makes sense. Thank you.

When did this area of the nurses' station become the Starbucks for hospital visitors? All of a sudden this has become the place to chat for visiting characters as well as hospital staff.

I do wish we didn't get empty cups that characters pretend to drink from all the time. The cups always look weightless.

More set hilarity. There's not enough going on around the nurses' station, but now it's also the physical therapy area. Too crowded? Not enough room to move? No problem!

Eva and Kat looked like they were in a nursing home racing for pudding.

Hayley is fixing to cut Bill's parachute if he gets up in that plane.

Leslie is far too needy and Eva was right to tell her no to moving back in.

HUH? What are you talking about? I cant post that the show will be airing reruns of OLD episodes next week? How the heck is that a spoiler?

-- Today's show was kind of weird to me.

-- It was OK, and I did enjoy the beginning of Deanna's plot against Joey, but too much time was spent on Leslie talking about moving in with Eva.

-- This "Hayley Poisoning Bill" story needs to get moving. Is this stuff working or not???

-- Not a whole lot went on for [SPOILER ALERT] the last episode before a week of repeats. Not much of a cliffhanger.
