Ding, ding, ding!!!! Hit it on the head. It be the same for several other characters as well. My best example being during Drew vs Curtis and you could tell which writer was for it, creating interesting stories for their feud and which writer was not, ending said stories within an episode or two.

I totally agree. I got to the karoake scenes and Gio looked foine in my friend's that leather shirt and Emma was giving off some va-va-voom in that jean dress. The best she has ever looked IMHO clothes-wise. And together they looked sooooooooooooo good together. And then the lovemaking scene and leading up to it...they give adult relationship even more than characters double their age. And I loved every moment of it for the same reason you said. It's nice to see a YOUNG lighthearted couple on a soap again.

I don't think I am ever going to thaw to Molly/Cody, but I got to the scenes where Cody brought her home from the hospital and it did not bother me so no muting. It was actually endearing...until they started on that book again. lol.

Well, Kirsten certainly leads a dramatic life. I can see why this might not be the best time for her to be working.

I've been reading her updates on her IG. Obviously, I'm not in her location and cannot know everything that has occurred. I do think something did actually happen, but what specifically I would not know. She has been documenting it on her instagram for reasons she explains there - something about her devices getting hacked/deleted so she puts stuff on her instagram in public view to show the police. It's an unusual way to handle this -- but I'm not her, so I'm not going to judge this.

'Unusual' is the polite word for her ongoing dramas. Kirsten's stories have changed but the stories about her have been the same for 20 years. I just hope she eventually finds some real help and peace. But I'm tired of her antics affecting the show.

None of her stories have ever lined up. I am sure something did happen and if you were hacked and robbed maybe leaving that area is for the best? There is a child involved, so I hope everyone is okay and I think Brandon Barash is a very hands-on parent. But perhaps cutting the cord with Kirsten on Gh would have helped years ago? It also could have made her spiral worse and I think that was what everyone was afraid of.

But, hey, I am sure GH doesn't care about my input lol.

Yes he is. Before Barash met his wife Isa, he had a single dad ig blog in which he posted about Harper regularly. Barash and Isa seem devoted to parenting. Harper seems to adore Isa and her baby brother.
So I just checked his ig. He and Isa are expecting another child shortly, and also they've started a jewelry business.

I don't think Barash is acting right now but he's still actively touring with "The Day Players Band". I follow the band account and noticed that Wally Kurth left the band (maybe temporarily?) and Scott Reeves is currently playing with them. Scott and Missy Reeves family lives (or used to live) in Franklin Tenn. Kirsten said on her ig that she lives in Franklin, so presumably Barash does, too, or nearby.

That is my suspicion on both counts.

It's time to write Maxie and Spinelli out with annoying little James (he's cute but can't really act, I don't care). Or let him stay along with recast Georgie staying with Grandpa Mac and Grandma Felicia. I guess that big wedding I wanted for Spixie to give them an exit is off the table for now lol. Recast Kirsten down the road if you must, but this can't continue IMO.
