I agree; even in TOLN's production, I enjoyed Griffin a lot. The Castillo family were great additions to the All My Children canvas, and it's with that I have faith Jordi Vilasuso might find some stability again with Grayson Perez.

All the talented Latino actors out there and they're 0 for 2!?!?

I really don't get it. If they wanted to make Jacob look good, they needed to find someone who's going to elevate her. Go find some unknown who has charisma and can ACT.

Every time I think the show is finding its footing, they throw out something like this. 😭

Per today's end credits, Vilasuso will be a recur player.

if you don't think Jordi Vilasuso can act, then I don't know how you are getting through watching soaps in general, let alone Beyond the Gates regularly. I know y'all have your grudges against him, but the dude can act. Now, do I like him? Ehhh. And is the material he has to work with any good? I think that's the issue we have with BTG on the whole... 😩 lol

I do agree that JV's acting improved from GL to AMC. He and Lindsay Hartley (and Lindsay's arsenal of eye makeup) weren't terrible additions to that show. I mean, I don't think they'll ever be among my favorites, but at least they don't irritate me as much as they used to.

(And "Amen," "Hallelujah" and "PREACH!!" to your remark about Zach's crusty ass, lol).
