Where is B&B?  Ouch!

I don't watch any of these shows anymore, but man I love me some Melissa Claire Egan and hope she has a chance.

What did she do that was Emmy worthy? I can't think of literally anything

Haha I have no idea as I don't watch Y&R, but my biased self in this situation wants her to have an Emmy for how much I loved her on AMC.  Crazy Annie was amazing.

I also love Eileen and wish her luck too!

SHe was good on AMC but she's so boring and bland on YR, her character is boring and bland, her acting is boring and bland lol. If her character was still the "bad guy" she'd be at least interesting

Had B&B gotten a nomination for best series it really would have been a participation nomination. With so few choices for that category some show is bound to be a participation nomination at some point.

I can see MCE putting together a good reel from the OCD story and her breakup with Billy. Terrible storyline but her acting was good. I prefer more subtle acting.

Ahh, that's a bummer to hear :( They need to give her some meaty stuff.

Unfortunately, I don't put any stock in the Emmys anymore. Long ago it stopped having real competition. To be the "winner" out of 4 shows is just sad. I miss the days of 12, 13 shows with full casts competing with well-written material. Now everything is just going through the motions.

Same lol. AMC reunited!

I heard she had a suicide storyline, or was that the year before?

I don't watch B&B and never have, but it usually had a few noms. The show must be the pits right now to be shut out so far!

(I say so far because the Supporting Actor and Actress nominations are not out yet.)

I wonder how CBS feels about it?

Though, honestly, these awards are barely relevant these days with so few soaps. Seems almost like a Cracker Jacks prize. Still, though, to have so few shows and still get shut out? Ouch.
