So, why don't you want Larry back? Can you elaborate? I'll tell you why I wouldn't mind him being a distraction for Tracy-although that's truly not the main reason I want him back. I can buy him as coming between Lacy, because I know Tracy had real, and probably still has, real feelings for him on some level.

I can't buy Tracy/AZ as anything more than comic relief because she knows who and what he is. Now, if he sent her things anonymously, I can see her liking the attention, but again, I don't think she'd just be willing to fall at anyone's feet who couldn't be man enough to approach her in person.

So no, unless Helena brainwashes her(now THAT would be fun), no I can't even see them getting past him flirting with her.

Not much competition for Luke in that. Even Tracy/ETHAN would have more of a chance of starting something up than Tracy/AZ.

I have a feeling the Tracy/AZ won't be romantic at all. He might flirt, but there is something else behind it. It is too "random" not to have another meaning.

I could never be indifferent about Larry. HN has the same larger than life screen presence that JE has. You sit up and take notice immediately when he appears. Or at least, I always did.

Besides, he and Tracy were far too hot-and never even kissed, never had to-to be indifferent about. For me,anyway.

Of course, the men are few and far between that I think JE doesn't have that kind of chemistry with.

If the spoiler is correct about AZ/Tracy (we've been hearing it as a possibility for years), and it's more than comic relief or a plot point, it should be interesting. I can't see Tracy willingly wanting much to do with him at all, especially not romantically, but from a financial standpoint, I can see it. Perhaps the guy at ELQ that Michael is supposed to be rivals with, is a plant of AZ's?

How many days until Brenduh leaves?

Just read a spoiler that "Asher manipulates TRACY". WTF? She's the mistress and she's being manipulated by a punk-ass upstart? How wrong is this? Let me count the ways…..

Huh. Perhaps things like some punk kid manipulating Tracy are what GW meant when he said the women are going to get their cojones back.

Sort of related to the ASher/ELQ thing:

I had this old SL bouncing around in my head back when SC was still Dillon, that I can modify now: what if some stranger were to come to town claiming to be Dillon with amnesia (he has had plastic surgery after some accident, of course) and the Q's welcome him home. HE takes a strange interest in ELQ and this character and Tracy grow closer. Tracy is a little suspicious but so desperate to have Dillon back that she believes in this person. The audience knows this character is a Helena plant and not really Dillon at all. Dillon either really is dead or is being held captive by Helena, and the imposter is there to wrest control of ELQ. I would so love to see something like that happen.

I believe Asher is manipulating her into making things rough for Michael because he is not pleased with Michael settling in so nicely at ELQ. It doesn't make much sense to me since IMO, Tracy would make things miserable for him regardless, but who knows, maybe she decides she doesn't want to mess with him since he is her brother's grandson...

But, anyway, it doesn't seem like Tracy is being manipulated the way "Asher manipulates Tracy" makes it sound...

Just passing it along. :)

I don't really think Tracy would care that Michael is Alan's grandson - she hasn't in the past. At any rate I'm hoping Tracy looks like the smart one in this.

More spoilers saying a Q gets sick this fall and we start seeing Ghost Alan again. I'm thinking that has to be Tracy and will be the reason for Luke's return. I'm looking forward to that if it's true, and the spoiler seems to track with other drops we've heard. Crossing fingers.

On a side note my Ethina has started. Ethina alone is not enough to keep me watching GH, but they are a nice side-dish to Lunacy.

    • It does seem cheap and lazy for this show to have just one family. Passions was heavily criticized but it was nicely structured with a total of four families.
    • I think it was definitely a surprising reveal in the storyline. I had a hard time appreciating Evan because I couldn't get behind his interest in Amanda. But that's because I never thought Sandra Ferguson made her a compelling character (although to give her credit she occasionally had decent emotional scenes with Mac or Rachel).
    • I'll even go further... I'll make her re-think BeLief and create a new patent. Brooke needs stuff to do. Anything other than beg or be in her panties. We need her to be creative. But sadly Bradley has a very low opinion of these characters. To him Brooke is nothing more than sex and scandal... or a pathetic doormat. Ridge is nothing more than a chauvinist pig that needs to pit women against each other to feel like A MAN and Steffy is nothing more than her father's guard-dog. I don't even want to open my mouth about Hope. She is such a fiasco in my opinion... I will not suffer if they kill her off. Bradley pooped on her character and now it's too late to fix it. Annika is great and I would hate to see her go, but slutty Hope was not her thing. The vibe was missing.
    • I've seen Jason interact with Mitch and annoy him. That's as far as I recall. I didn't even have a slight idea that Evan had a vendetta against Rachel... That came as a surprise to me. I thought Evan was Iris's dog and that's it. Now he's definitely more interesting.
    • Thanks for these. I can't recall -- did Evan's vendetta have any position on Mitch, or was it all about Rachel? @Maxim have you seen any Frames intreracting with Mitch in any way?
    • Thank you for the tag! It's always a pleasure to see these little pearls of memories.
    • Uh-oh. Today just might’ve been the first Paula/Jeanne stinker. I have a feeling whose fault that might be though. So, Doug III is getting a job at the Pub?  It’s good to see him interact with other characters. I enjoyed his scenes with Roman, even though the talk of Frankie and Max seemed a little random. And it also could be really interesting now that Tate knows. Days really need to start pushing their rivalry again. We need some follow up from the punch. Tying it all to Holly, to Sophia’s pregnancy, to the guys that Doug III owes money to could be good.  But yeah, wayyy too much Leo again in today’s episode. Seriously, has anything changed with this nothing character? I thought it was all Ron’s fault, but maybe Greg Rikaart is (partially) responsible for Leo being so insufferable.  And yeah seriously, Rafe needs to throw all of these people out of his house. Including Gabi

But I do wonder who’s the mysterious voice that Gabi overheard with EJ on the night he was shot. Based on yesterday’s episode, I have a suspicion.
    • Add me to the group of people who think that Brandon has improved. He has. There's no doubt about it. Especially compared to the beginning. And he's improving in a way that... it makes me think that he realizes what the issues are and is addressing them. Of course, he's no master of acting at this point... but I don't cringe as much as I did. And I've seen people in Bold... I won't even have to name names, because everyone knows who they are... who are becoming even worse than what they were offering in the first place. So... I'm happy that in BTG... people are actually blossoming and improving. It surely means that the atmosphere is creative and nurturing talent.  BUT and it's a big butt... his relationship with his husband is still so lacking and ghastly. I am craving to see more action from these guys. I want to see Smitty's character. If he has any.
    • Thank you. You guys come to the rescue again. I'll take a look later.   Thank you for the info!!! Now I find myself less confused. You and @DRW50 are amazing.
    • I know Passions used this trope with Ethan and Sam to drag out the paternity, but GH seems to speed through certain stories while dragging others.
