Ashley tells him that *she* is the buyer. In SOD, Eileen says that Ashley likes to see Tucker uncomfortable and unable to predict anything. She is going to keep him in suspense for as long as she can about what she's going to do next. Tucker seemed to want to help out with Chancellor-Winters. Devon eventually decided that Tucker really only wanted the money/power/whatever and so Devon cut off contact. She was there to work on the IPO. Something about them having the same ringtone for each other (stupid) got Devon to dig into Audra and he found out that her student loans were paid off by a company named similar to the first song Tucker ever produced and he made the connection.
