It's always good to get a legacy character back on, especially one's that pretty much a blank slate. But yeah, it definitely feels a few years too late (I still stand by the idea that Xander should have been Alex)

And I also wonder if RSW can pull it off.

RSW began filming as Alex in January then had to play Ben when they filmed Beyond Salem 2 in April. Wonder how it was to switch back to Ben for a few days

I assume he's gotten past it, I doubt Sonny would have gone into business with Alex and moved his family to Arizona if his brother still had issues. I do hope they bring it up though and not try to pretend Alex was accepting from day 1.

I think it’s really sad that it’s BEN WESTON’S portrayer that’s getting the show to invest in the Kiriakis family.  This is also right after “Days” finally got JKJ back after 10 years and wasted him (granted, I’ll admit he really changed or he was making some really ill-advised choices).
