Tamara Braun has literally not aged in 18 years. She still looks exactly like this on Days.

All the Carly's (can't speak for Jennifer Bransford though) have aged pretty well and seemingly (mostly) naturally.

Gross.  I did sort of like Spinelli back then though.  I really did enjoy Georgie/Spinelli and early Maxie/Spinelli.

I just don't think Carly is supposed to be the pinnacle of womanhood as a character (I believe Jax said that exactly to her and I died in my soul lol) especially for people who are blood related to her.  LW is a stunning woman, but part of Carly's insecurities come from being the poor, scrappy, underdog.  I get it's not exactly true now after years as a millionaire, but it's the motivation I give to her when she bites any women's head off that comes near Jason, Jax, or Sonny.

Yeah that's called block storytelling and is used in UK soaps (which also have bloated casts and only half-hour episodes). And actually GH does do that to an extent - its but it's just that a small group of characters (Sonny, Carly, Jason before he was "killed off" again) get to be on all the time and are never rotated out.

One thing I liked about RC's run around the time of the 50th anniversary was that there seemed to be an attempt to equalise things a bit more. For example, Sonny and Kate/Connie didn't appear for weeks while other storylines were playing out.

The one with Lucky is a bit tricky.  In that "fantasy", it was supposed to be the pills he fantasized about but it just came off very incestuous.  

Watch at your own risk!  It starts at the beginning.  Lucky is technically fantasizing about the pills, but Carly is being really sexy about it lol

Yep, that's what I mean. They pushed her way too hard way too fast when they realized what they had, and in doing so completely discarded poor LL/Georgie as well.
