I shouldn't have implied anytging about Bill Bell. I just like YR and I'm a bit sensitive and take the criticism personally and I say dumb stuff. I apologize.

It is ok . Bill Bell may have created the show but he is not a very nice man .

Noah being hung up on Tessa 4-5 years later is utterly ridiculous. He should be hooking up with Fen instead. 

Inconsistent SORASing really messed up subsequent generations and the natural evolutions of the feuds.

I do not think Brenda was lying or else she would be able to get sued for lying about him in her book would she not ?

I am not trying to be mean to him, I just did not like the way he treated Brenda as she said in her book.

What exactly did she say? I haven't read her book. I heard it was something about an affair or sexual harassment.

 

She can't get sued because in order to sue for defamation, you have to prove financial damage to your reputation and you generally cannot do that when the person being defamed is dead. She wrote the book when Bill Bell was long dead.

It literally makes no sense. I’m so over mopey Noah.

Finally caught up.

 

So let me get this straight, Victoria is using Victor’s own money from Newman, to buy his own company, Newman Media. 😂. We went through an entire plot line only to see Billy & Lily in the same office with the same dialogue, just working for a different company. Brought back Noah, only to have no real storyline for him besides being a creep and as I mentioned earlier  be ridiculously be head over heels for Tessa. Sharon and Rey in the most boring-no chemistry marriage ever known to daytime television. And oh god, please don’t even get me started with this Dominic storyline! Jesus help us all during February sleeps I can’t take much more. 

Super early to announce this I know, but March Madness break is Thursday March 17 and Friday March 18. Things are so bad I'm counting down already.

Well she has said many things about him, like how he treated her when she was sick and would not let her have days off of work even though she was feeling poorly.

FWIW, Irna Phillips was not at all known to be a nice person, some people would call her downright tyrannical. It's also a fact that without her, television in the daytime would consist of game shows and maybe a Kelly and Ryan type talk show.

Daytime has a more complicated legacy than people realize.
