Visually, he's generic for me. I'd rather Robert Adamson return. But I guess this was coming with Kyle Abbott's exit.

Sums up how I feel.

I'll see how he is on-screen in the role.

But this gives me hope for Robert Adamson as nü Michael Quartermaine.

I don't know why the role was recast. There were two previous actors who did a nice job. What's the point if the writing will be awful and they'll lose interest in him within the year?

Although.....

The last Noah (RA) was extremely bland, of course a lot of that you can chalk up to the writing.

I always liked first Noah and never understood why they let him go. The writing for him was terrible and mostly non existent.

Kevin G. Schmidt was recast the first time with TPTB decided to "age" the role of Noah with Luke Kleintank. That backfired, so they brought Schmidt back, but rarely used him in the role.

RA might not have been bland if the writing didn't suck, but he sure he didn't light a fire under anything. I wasn't watching when Schmidt was onscreen.

Adam's family business stories should have honestly been Noah's. Victor should be obsessed with his grandson taking up the mantle, Nick should be opposed, Sharon/Nicki should be caught in the middle, and Adam/Victoria/Abby should be pissed. That's easy drama w/o all the nonsense baggage Adam brings.

ETA: screaming @ them recasting w/ a Barry's bootcamp instructor, thoooo. 🤣

I read the headline and thought it might be Chance.

I guess Noah is needed to give Sharon and Nick something more to do.

His was another case of a too soon SORAS - see Abby,Fen,Charlie,Mattie etc

As long as he looks younger than Nick & Sharon, he'll be ok I guess.  My problem with Adamson is that he looked to be about the same age as his parents.
