It's a smart move for both shows - S2 can get that 'fresh' start after that horrific storyline while giving Y&R a character that doesn't have to be completely established. Phyl vs. Abby 2.0 isn't gonna be anymore interesting, and it doesn't make the "older" actor/actress seem younger, but actually the opposite. Phyllis vs. Abby highlights how Phyllis is waaay too old for the mess she gets involved in. and since the show has nothing to do w/ fashion these days... what's she gonna be doing? Members Taoboi Posted October 11, 2020 Members Share Posted October 11, 2020 Well to be blunt...since JG is focused on making Chelsea the main heroine, it's not too far-fetched to see him bring S2 over to rival Chelsea and give her something to do other than be attached to Adam's hip. And the Lauren/Fenmore thing is another way to connect her. More organically of course. And yes, Phyllis is waaaaay too old for what she is doing. After Wyatt rescued mannequin Flo they confronted Sally who had extremely bad gas + panic attack and was hospitalized and had been making her sick for real or something LMAO.
