This tvline article attempts to clarify pre-and post- shutdown episodes but contradicts itself (main body of article says Monday is post-shutdown but daily spoilers portion of the article say Monday is pre-shutdown), so who knows which was filmed when.

Today’s recap wasn’t too bad, at least they threw a bone for Carter & Zoe instead just someone giving long monologues. That promo wasn’t too bad looking, and soliloquy. yes the best thing is going to be the Ridge & Shauna Vegas wedding story from the looks of it.

Did I see a bearded Thomas?

I know Tuesday and Wednesday are. I believe today’s was taped after Covid (or must have been thought up right as the shutdown occurred?) as I noticed how distant Carter, Zoe, and Katie were in that office.

Here's the promo. If they aren't airing this on primetime and really promoting the show's return it feels like their ratings will be quite bad

Also Brooke is like 60 years old and they are still repeating the tired ass tripe of her trying to seduce Ridge away from someone else. Jesus.

That's actually how the show chose to show Ridge and Shauna enjoying Vegas when it originally aired. I was cringing at the cheesiness of it all, but it kind of works for a recap, if only it was done purposely for recapping purposes.

    • Weirdly I feel like Nina was the most sus about the entire situation.  Normally I would have given this one to Carly, but Nina was always kind of trying to make it make sense. I think Nina (and Alexis) are actually really smart characters.  They just constantly get in their own way with dumb plans lol.
    • Rewatching some of 1991 I had to appreciate what a strong week March 5-12 1991 was. Cassandra dies, Nina shoots David, Sheila switces the babies, and drunk Nikki all occurring simultaneously. 1991 and 92 were pretty strong overall.
    • Still loving all the Gio fallout, but the scenes that really surprised me this episode were the ones with Nina and Maxie. I was not expecting Nina to be the one to put together all the pieces about Sasha's baby daddy. This custody hearing is about to get explosive!
    • I really hope after the secret comes out their interactions don't stop
    • BAHAHA  I needed that laugh today. Talk about one note.  I would put Derek and Ashley a notch above Dani. Dani's scenes are basically rinse, lather, and repeat for 60 episodes and counting.  It's as if she was transported from the soap opera Passions onto this soap.  MVJ should put aside her friendship/admiration for Karla and look at the fact that this character isn't wroking as written.
    • Agreed.  It doesn't feel in character at all.
    • You could always tell whenever Douglas Marland enjoyed writing for a particular actor, because he'd pull out all the stops for them; and Julianne Moore was no exception.
    • I'm sorry, but I just can't get past the fact that it was Lois, of all people, who deceived so many people.  No matter how hard Rena Sofer tries to justify Lois' actions - and boy, does she work hard! - it just isn't something Lois would've done.
    • Honestly, Olivia had kind of a good reason to keep her son safe from a mobster for two decades.  Sonny literally shot Dante in the chest lol and had multiple family members die, get injured, threatened, kidnapped, etc, etc.   I know you don't watch the show very often, but it's not like Olivia should have shown up and given Sonny and his 18-year-old girlfriend Brenda shared custody of a kid.  That would have been a horrible, life threatening idea.
    • Those fools will follow him over the cliff, because they look at him as their last gasp at relevance.
