May 6, 20205 yr Author Member @kalbir I posted it since he's been appearing in the episodes. People on social media are asking for his return. I can't believe Michael is 58 already. Edited May 6, 20205 yr by Soapsuds

I can't believe Michael is 58 already. I’d love to see Danny and Daniel again. I much preferred Christine with him to this boring mess with Paul. When you had Devon’s label and Jett, Ana, Fen, Tessa AND Reed all singing it is crazy he never was brought on.

Nikki thinks she's achieved the American dream by strutting her stuff every night at the Bayou. That's cute. Thanks, @Darn. I only wish Victor and Nikki had remained this charming throughout the years.

May 6, 20205 yr Author Member Annoying Cricket is on again.WJB kept putting her in everyone's orbit to see if she'd stick.

May 6, 20205 yr Member Lauren is a hot ass mess in this episode, and I love it. Once again, Victor and Nikki are the smallest part of the episode lol TLW is one of the most beautiful soap actresses of all time.

Cricket wasn't eating the show as much by 1990 as she did in the late 1980s. It occurred to me last year that Bill Bell used elements of the Reed sisters for the Barber sisters. The new doctor in town and her troublemaking younger sister. A key difference is that the Barber sisters were connected to an existing character in their aunt Mamie. 8 minutes ago, Soapsuds said: I wonder if YR ever considered casting Nina Arvesen as Ashley after ED left? Come to think of it, Nina Arvesen would have made a good Ashley recast. She would at least be more believable as the other woman in the eternal triangle and the wicked witch who took little Victoria's daddy away. Brenda Epperson looked too innocent and sweet for that aspect of Ashley, that's probably why Bill Bell wrote her Ashley as more of a typical soap heroine. Although I didn't particularly care for Victor/Cassandra as a couple (their relationship seemed more rebound than actual feelings for each other) I thought EB had more chemistry w/ NA than BE. May 6, 20205 yr Member isnt this supposed to be Nikki and Victor week? So 15 minutes into this episode before Nikki even appears and she is married to JACK right now, not Victor. Who was in charge of picking episodes for these theme weeks? 18 hours ago, Soapsuds said: Great to see Terry Lester as Jack. Cricket was such a boring and annoying character. Two gay men in Danny and Phillip fighting for Cricket yawn. They should've been a couple. Phillip buying an engagement ring was laughable. LMAO!!!!!! Omg you have me laughing so hard. RIGHT???!!!!! They did seem more like they should be the couple
May 6, 20205 yr Member I've got the CC on and Olivia is identified as Amy. What's the backstory on the name change?
May 6, 20205 yr Member The theme weeks are just a means to an end for me, so I’m not at all bothered. Scott’s and Lauren’s hair colliding for that kiss was like watching a bad car accident.

LMFAO 16 hours ago, mikelyons said: Nina was a wonderful, fully rounded, complex, and interesting Bell creation who changed and evolved over time, but never lost her edge (like Heather Tom's Victoria). She is missed!! I know! I miss Nina!!!!! I loved when her and Jill would be catty with each other. Loved her and Ryan together
May 6, 20205 yr Member We're getting more Olivia and Nathan than Victor and Nikki. I'm not complaining about it though.
