Ooooo

I'm impressed with the transition into the college years so far! Also, I didn't see Jen & Dawson 2.0 coming - but the chemistry is HOT and MW is acting the hell out of it (like she always does).

I remember the transition to college being a good one even through the silliness of everyone winding up in the same town. I used to go back to rewatch Season 5 (same for ONE TREE HILL SEASON 4) often. (currently at Episode 2 heehee). For obvious reasons, I skip over Episode 4.

And same on Jen/Dawson 2.0. I understood, but still remember being irked at it...lol. I think I would take to it differently now.

Michelle Williams is LOVE.

Just finished “The Mothers-in-Law.” Very pleasant and worth some good 60s chuckles. The next short-lived but still remembered sitcom I’m going for is “Angie,” which I’ve owned on DVD for years but have never completely watched from beginning to end. As for long-runners, I’m planning to complete “Leave It to Beaver,” the second half of which somehow became a big comfort watch for me over the summer. I have plenty of the first three seasons to watch.

Drama-wise, I am already obsessing on a constant basis over “Heated Rivalry” while still making my way through “Knots Landing” and “Falcon Crest.”

Just finished CHARMED Season 7. Despite its silliness, it remains very entertaining.

Oded Fehr as the demon Zankou was TONS of sexy. He kept that second half of the season going!

On to the final season soon... which I hear was a disaster.

I'm surprised they're ending Jen/Dawson so quickly! I found Joey's mugging episode such a brilliant departure for the show. Busy Phillips has been a revelation. That's how you add a new character five seasons in.

Yeah, I know people seem to feel a way about Season 7, but I love arc writing and thought Season 7 had a good arc. I believe I started it live and it was out of order for me. But that was back when tv shows did reruns so I remember catching up quick and being VERY happy to hear Charisma Carpenter was recurring. hehe. Watched it in its entirety on DVD and also remember really liking it and felt it was a good ending if the show had ended there since the theme over the whole show was their lives vs their responsibilities.

I also heard that about the last season. hehe. I haven't rewatched it in ages so I'm not sure how I will feel now about it. I remember liking it vaguely then. Again, watched out of order. And I don't think I watched the first half now that I think of it.

As for The Creek...

RE: Dawson/Jen. And anti-climatic from what I remember. hehe.

I remembering hating her mugging back then since I was so used to having all the characters in an episode. I has grown on me over time.

OMG YES!!! I remember in real time, the audience almost immediately LOVED Aubrey. If not, she quickly grew on folk. Perfect for the 'new characters that were accepted quickly on a show' thread. hehe.

Yeah, it was pretty decent with the Avatars as the first half arc, and then fighting Zankou (SO haaaawt!!!) in the second half. I do have to say, it became quite continuous and I slightly missed the silly self-contained stories, but enjoyed it overall. Charisma Carpenter was wonderful too.

Jen/Dawson just ended. Within one episode!

Yes, she was a success from the very beginning! She's very fun.
