I still don't like Shauna and find her totally annoying.

I agree. I also dont like the way the actress says her lines.

That's exactly it! There's something about the inflection, almost like everything is a sad question. Then there's her strange facial expressions.

I'm all for Lily getting hers but Devon going this strong over some woman he's only known for a few years who actually hurt his family at one point over his sister makes zero sense. And I'm tired of him yelling at everyone. This story doesn't work when he has no one on his side and he's elevated Hilary to sainthood.

All so true. I’m tired of Devon, period. He doesn’t give a crap about taking Lily away from her kids, and that includes Sam, who already lost one mother. Are they not mentioning Sam to avoid giving Lily too much sympathy?

They aren't avoiding Sam over sympathy. The entire story is designed to get us to root for Lily. EVERYONE onscreen has said Devon is wrong. He's the villain.

Which is hilarious because they’re clearly not invested in Lily. It’s like they are committing arson to that entire section of the canvas.

Yep. Got rid of Hilary at lilys hands so that we could accept lily leaving. Getting rid of lily at Devon's hands so we can accept Devon leaving when it occurs. He's destroyed.
