From everything I've read, yes, Katey Sagal is still recurring as Louise.

Awww ... this dementia episode broke my heart, but it also made me chuckle. 😊 I took care of seniors throughout my undergrad and some grad years. Having a background in psychology, I usually spot neurocognitive disorders very easily. I especially hated it when I was really close with the residents.

My grandma had dementia, and this hits hard for me. I remember when she'd say my grandpa was going to be home soon and he'd passed away like 10 years prior :(
