Lily modeling looked like a bad ad from 1985. She's not sexy, she looks like an ostrich in drag.

This porn storyline is stupid. God this is all Sallug has going for here. Look dear umbrella storytelling. She has a right to bash Lynn Latham and then rips off from her. Shes the worst hack i havd ever seen.

The worst? I'm aware you're trolling, don't get me wrong, but all I have to do is think of where we were ten years ago today and suddenly I have nothing to complain about - one word: Pheila.

Why rip Latham to shreds who btw did q porn storyline and do this crap. There is no long story its a bunch of scenes thar add up to nothing. Salugs YR reminds of MarDar DAYS just a bunch of nothing. I am not trolling i am just saying i am watching the worst show i have ever seen.

If you put him on Ignore he goes away. It's easy and fun.

Because LML had nearly two years worth of contribution to Y&R and it was all pathetic. Sussman and Alden have been here a month, in the wake of LML, MAB and Pratt's mess that they now have to clean up, and until they get into the groove of things, I won't judge them. This one month of Y&R has been more enjoyable than 90% of Y&R in the past ten years.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't find him amusing on some level. It's my petty nature.

See now that would make sense. Hillary would end up getting exactly what she didn't want, Mariah in her position. Except now because Devon is recovering Hillary wouldn't care, it would show character development on her part.

I've complained a lot but it was nice yesterday that most everyone was talking about the black characters and that Jack, the 60 year old leading man of the show, was basically treated as a talk-to for Hillary.

That kinda did happen when devon first had his accident. Hilary told mariah she didn't care about the show and that she could host it. But they haven't shown Mariah doing anything there since she announced devon's accident. I'm surprised they haven't taken this time to build Mariah's position there. They've pushed her so hard lately. Seems off.

I hate to admit it but it doesn't work for me. I really wanted it too. Hopefully it gets better.

I so agree with this.  Thank you.

I don't mean to stir up trouble or beat a dead horse but... The long term story of Hilary working her way up much like Neil did is one of the main reasons Devon's wealth doesn't work for Sally. MiM is believable in a business setting. I buy Hilary as the competent exec. I doubt that's  unnoticed in the creative meetings. But telling that story doesn't work when she's married to a billionaire unless it's his company with his wealth tied to it.  CI is the only option at the moment.

That's the problem with Devon, everyone knows that CI is not his only option. It's the elephant in the room in all his stories. His bio-dad has a fortune as large as Katherine's, and a company as large as CI, and Devon is the only heir.

Y&R is so top heavy with old men, Tucker, recast or not, isn't someone Y&R will ever need, so why not kill him off, off-screen? If Devon is not interesting enough without his very own multi national corporation ( that he would have no idea how to run), he could be king of McCall Unlimited and Hillary could work for him. But you aren't asking for that, you want what everything Kay had, even though Devon's the only heir to Tucker, and has no conflicts. Why is that?

McCall Unlimited would be the easiest option, but it sounds to me like you want CI so Jill can be subjugated to Devon's will. And we already know that's GROSS, extremely GROSS. That was the mistake MAB made with Tucker, they had a wealthy powerful man screaming in Katherine's 85 year old face. It was like watching elder abuse. No one was feeling sorry for poor little rich man Tucker because Kay gave him up for adoption.

The idea that everything Katherine ever breathed on is somehow rightfully Devon's is beyond me. Kay is more than just Devon. Devon's only ONE of her loved ones that was tacked on at the very end of her life. He's the only heir who had no relationship or significant screen time with her. Devon's "relationship" with Kay is slightly better than backstory. We didn't really see it. Yet he got the lions share of Kay's cash, but somehow Devon's character still isn't compelling enough to survive without taking everything in Jill's life? The thing is Kay & Jill shared a life,  maybe not by choice, but it was a shared life. Devon's not entitled to Jill's life. She lived it, it's hers.

There's nothing compelling about Devon being the head of CI. It's laughable. It's like Abby sitting in Victor's chair while behind her back Victor is fixing her meetings so she succeeds. And it would't matter if Devon loses his fortune, and CI, because everyone knows his wealthy bio-dad could swoop in and save him in a nano second. I could see twitter now if Devon lost his fortune, there would be never ending tweets asking where Tucker is? That already happened when Colin was screwing with him. No drama.

I don't understand why you think Devon running around as a second Victor would be interesting. Victor was more interesting before he became the never can lose man.

Oh lord.

I will say, I'd be OK with Patch dying off-screen and news coming to Devon of his death and inheritance of McCall.

Patch. LMBO

I almost wish the show would bring him back and pair him with Ashley AGAIN just to see a certain head explode.

The Dylan story is terrible. I ask again why are they giving Steve Burton an exist storyline??

Joshua Morrow is a horrible actor. But what is new.....and Noah looks older than his dad...LMAO.

I'm guessing, dramatic material for SC and DD is the reason for Dylan's exit SL.

Vee, I tried ignore many months ago, but people kept quoting him.  I am trying again but hope people don't use the quote option on him.

Y&R really is about nothing. Victor having a big dinner to tell everyone how great they are all getting along?  Lawd....Kay Alden is more than consulting......boring.....
