September 22, 201510 yr Member Not with smarttv on the way. Getting rid of useless characters for the core. Hearing through the grapevine Jelly's first episodes are riveting to the core. Our soap is making it way back. The tone feels weirdly kind if Guza to me lately. I think Jelly's GH will mimic more of the Guza GH with their own modern twist. They are saving soaps. How is this getting rid of a useless character? He's on TWICE A YEAR!
September 22, 201510 yr Member And "Jelly" isn't even getting rid of him. The actor is moving all on his own. Absolutely nothing to do with our saviors.
September 22, 201510 yr Member this needed an announcement? Up until his appearance last week, I didnt realize he was even still on the show
September 22, 201510 yr Member I don't know how the show can recover from this. I didn't even know he was still on.
September 22, 201510 yr Member My God. This whole thread (minus one ) is brilliant. Brilliant. BYE, BITCH! Just cancel the show now. First Geary, now this? We're fucked!
September 22, 201510 yr Member He's not actually off for good, and will commute as needed. His Emmy deserving performances will occur, as needed. Good for him for taking care of his family, I'm sure it's less expensive to live there than CA for the few appearances he gets. I originally figured this was Killer,Filler,Griller, Thriller, Spiller Miller......Oh well, no biggie, except for his "ahem" offscreen love interest...
September 22, 201510 yr Member I mean, he's actually been on for a long time, so it must mean something for him. But yeah, less mob flunkies. Yay...I guess.
September 22, 201510 yr Member But yeah, less mob flunkies. Yay...I guess. Why do they need Milo when they have Morgan and Michael as Sonny's mob flunkies.
September 22, 201510 yr Member I wish Jason Bateman would return to TV. Anyways. Edited September 23, 201510 yr by Khan
September 22, 201510 yr Member , I wish Jason Bateman would return to TV. Anyways. Preferred him a million times more on Silver Spoons as Ricky Schroder's sidekick than that awful Alfonso Ribeiro,
September 23, 201510 yr Member Honestly, I can't think of a series I didn't like Jason Bateman in. He was great on "Silver Spoons," great on "It's Your Move" (which deserves its own DVD release, thank you very much).... He even made "The Hogan Family" palatable once Valerie Harper had been canned. (Not that Sandy Duncan didn't give it her all.) And, of course, "Arrested Development" always goes without saying.
