Paul Telfer, who last aired in early February as Damon (Victor's minion who shot Clyde in the park), is back next week in a new role. On Tuesday, Telfer tweeted a photo of himself and said this: "Prepare yourself America. You're just a week away from meeting this guy." There was a casting call for a contract role named "Ares" (casting call name), set to begin taping in October, which stated this: "A gorgeous, rugged 35-40-year-old Hispanic or Greek man to play Ares. Formidable, mysterious, charming and confident.” (Telfer is Scottish, but that doesn't necessarily rule him out). That's always a possibility. I haven't seen what the SOD casting blurb says myself yet, just someone mentioned that he's called Xander.
