I don't know where you get this idea that Jean Passanante is even capable of writing "classic romance umbrella storylines". She certainly hasn't done it on Y&R, and she didn't do it on ATWT either.

I would love if her secret is that Bo and Carly have reunited. Not because I'm a supporter of that couple, but because this show doesn't ever let things get messy and hasn't for decades. Of course, the stupid bitch probably got knocked up. Snore.
