September 16, 201411 yr Member Her skin looks painfully pulled back. So unnatural. I really hope when this settles, she looks normal again.
September 17, 201411 yr Member I don't understand it. I get getting a little nip tuck esp in this image concious business but I'd rather see some wrinkles and creases than this pulled back / stretch tight look is so unnatural and screams "FACE-LIFT. Yes, I'd get rid of the jowls around the neck and chin area. Put yanking my face back and all these cheek implants and lip work....no. Kelly was always so pretty now she has the "cat" face that is a standard face lift look. Her eye area/cheek implants has really diminished those big hazel eyes. Now they look tiny. September 17, 201411 yr Member even in the lowest quality screen shots her face looks soooo pulled. god, why did she do that.
September 17, 201411 yr Member God, why did she do that? Because she's in her 50s and still required to be her show's resident whore? Can't do that with wrinkles and saggy jowls! I'm hoping it'll settle during her convenient three months off...... Edited September 17, 201411 yr by YRBB
September 17, 201411 yr Member I'm hoping it'll settle during her convenient three months off...... Precisely put! LOL.
September 18, 201411 yr Member This is so sad. I was so hoping she would refrain from doing this, especially after working for years with plastic-faced Hunter Tylo. I don't understand this, MILFs always get plenty of attention out there these days without that cat-face LOL It is going to be especially jarring because B&B tends to use a lot of flashbacks... There's really no rational explanation for this.
September 18, 201411 yr Member The explanations are the same as they've ever been. Hollywood and our society at large is ageist and sexist. Not that many people can stand up to the pressure to look the way other people think they should. I know tons of people who aren't famous who've had implants and every other thing done. I find it strange that ordinary people who's livelihoods don't depend on their looks aren't more concerned about going under anesthesia (the risk is small, but real) just to look a little better, but there it is. People can say they want to see people age naturally, but how many women have we seen either fired or backburned once they hit a certain age? How often do you see actors on the boards and twitter mocked for getting older? I'm sure KKL was hoping this work would turn out better than it did, or perhaps it really will settle and she'll look fine in a few months. I wish her the best.
September 18, 201411 yr Member I guess it's something she did recently,so there is still a lot of swelling and hopefully when she comes back to B&B it won't look that drastic. On some angles, it doesn't look that bad. Her right side is definitely the better one. But on the left it's creepy. no makeup is screaming face lift.
September 18, 201411 yr Member I thought KKL has looked especially good lately - the Dubai scenes? It's her face and life, but I don't get it. (Especially since she is paired with two age-appropriate men - throw in Ridge and it's three.) It's not like she's trying to get Liam/Wyatt. Perhaps this is in preparation for that....
September 18, 201411 yr Member Oh, let's not pretend that men and women are judged equally and fairly in that business. Being paired with age-appropriate men means nothing, really. Sadly so.

This very thread should help you to get it. Just look at the way her face is being analysed from all angles. We're in a looks obsessed culture and there is a ton of pressure to look perfect when you are in the spotlight.
