May the Lord be with Mr. Keating and his loved ones. He truly was a magnificent actor.

I am quite saddened by this. My thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones. He would have been marvelous against Strasser and Slezak in the early-mid nineties.

He was indeed a very talented and unique actor. Also, he was married to the same woman for over 50 years - a rarity for any marriage these days, but especially a show biz one.

Never saw him on the soaps, but remember his Sex and the City episode and he'll always be Rex Mottram to me from the brilliant Brideshead Revisited.

Dr. Lazarre and that talisman he'd hypnotize Silver with... that's actually the first role I saw him in.

Sad to hear this.

He had so much charisma, and such a rich laugh.

He took a potentially cheesy villain role and became beloved by AW fans. Not an easy feat.

Victoria Wyndham must be devastated.
