When I think of returns, Brenda, Laura, Jax, etc come to mind. A pewbie that a majority of the fans don't give 2 sh!ts about returning after being gone 2 months? Yeah, um....waste of a thread.

A woman can be fired while they're on maternity leave, but they can't be fired because they're on maternity leave. There has to be a work-based (downsizing, poor performance, etc.) reason for their firing.
