What's killing me is that all of Nina's scenes are long. Everyone else gets choppy 20 second scenes but hers drag on for 2-3 minutes. And every other scene is Nina and I just don't care about her. She used to put honey on Silas's oatmeal and drink tea and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Stafford's performance is multi-layered?

LMAO.

Bringing in Stafford was not going to make Nina palatable! She was ill conceived from the word go, and they tied her to all the newbies. She should have been Liz's mother (very young mother). No one cares about Silazzz, Detective 2 x 4, Rafe, Donna Mills, etc!

I'm all for a mass purge, like what RC did to most of the Guza/Wolf characters

Watch what you wish for. A mass purge would only rid the show of the remaining long standing characters.

LMAO.

I probably lowered my expectation of what multi layerred is having been subjected to the likes of silas and jasam for the past few years.

I oddly find MS interesting, sue me :P

Unpopular as it might be and as a viewer with no previous knowledge of MS' work (except Pacific Palissade) I feel that MS is working. I was set on not giving a rats ass about silas' comawife and much to my surprise I come to actually care about Where Nina goes next. As long as she goes anywhere where Siam isnt.

Siam is a vortex of suck where story potential goes die.

I dont care about robocop and cue-card-reading skills but the scenes Nathan and Nina shared were touching for some reason. I wont credit the writing which is a big let down and i certainly wont care about MS' current co-stars but MS is bringing what i view as a multi-layered performance.

Im ready for any answer via gif you might all think of smile.png

Michelle is a capable actress with some charisma. She always has been. I think the problem is BTS issues and poor control from higher ups. And that makes me nervous here too.

Levi talks and I feel an imaginary cast iron skillet in my grip. What the hell is his purpose if his patchouli funked ass is so annoying and unsavory from jump street? If Maxie and pug nose are endgame, Maxie's ultimate choice is, and has already been, glaringly clear. Levi is just a waste.

Because we didn't just have a character lose a parent while the world believes they are guilty. Nope, this was not done just 2 months ago. Totally new.

Lawd!
