Levi is a miserable bastard. To suggest that a mother "move on" from her child? That is was "written in the stars?" Maxie is vulnerable, and Levi is exploiting that vulnerability to coerce her. And if Maxie skipped out on this hearing, the results could be permanent and life-long--no second chances.

I agree that he is the worst character ever. But in the grand scheme of things....who cares that he is being disrespectful to Mac? The man is trying to coerce an emotionally vulnerable woman into becoming a birth mother. That is one of the worst things a human being can do.
