Charlotte looks better recently than the last time I saw her. Her botox seems to have settled down and she can move her face again. She still looks pretty hot, IMO.

Here she is yesterday arriving to a pre-Grammy party:

Bring on Blair y'all! Better put up a mic stand in Horton Town Square cuz Eve's gonna be singin'!

From what I saw in a clip, Eve sang the first time around so it isn't as if the HW'll be making any stretch in order to incorporate KDP's dulcet vocals in this role.

This makes me think of what Dallas 2.0 did by having Judith Light play mom to Mitch Pileggi's character, and they are 3 years apart in age

One way they can write the character around Kassie is by saying Eve lost her singing voice and gave up singing. I'd accept that if it meant she never touched a mic on this show.

Why?

Because, IMO, her singing is worse than her acting.

But again, I'm not a fan, and I'm not a fan of her playing a character I liked during its original run.

ok if that's how you feel, then I won't get into it with you, since there's no point in talking to you about this

Again YOUR opinion

Again, where the hell did I say it wasn't? YOU were the one that asked me "why?" and I gave you an answer. It's not my problem if you can't deal with that.

I like Kassie A LOT, but I've never been into singing on soaps. If it happens during the holidays, fine, but I could do without it.

I have a lot of love and respect for KDP, but I have next to no interest in her singing and some of those songs from OLTL are cringeworthy (a couple are nice, but I don't need to hear them on a soap). I remember being mortified when they played a country ditty during Todd and Blair's wedding in 2001, all while Todd was still keeping the secret about Jack. It was just not that couple. Eve was a singer, I believe, so it could happen but I'd just as soon it doesn't.

It does help the recast that Mr. Sheffield/Shane has gone very gray in recent years. The poor man is doing dinner theatre in Kansas in a couple weeks (the replacement for Judge Reinhold). I thought his career was going a lot better than that.

Stunning hair, flawless beauty, gorgeous voice, and pitch-perfect thespian skills:

DAYS is lucky to be in the presence of this iconic actress that will no doubt continue the precedent that was set by the original portrayer.

It should be interesting to see if they have both sisters actively hating Jen or if they decide to make one of them "nice."
