An airtight pre-nup has prevented a lot of grief for both parties. It's too bad that it didn't work out for them given that it was a later in life marriage of two accomplished people.

Onward and upward to them both.

Too bad for her but the reality fan in me was thinking its too bad she wasn't on Real Housewives of ATL so we could see this play out onscreen

Same....VR needs a realty show. Whoever did that banner of soap ladies of Hollywood are spot on. Someone needs to make that happen.

Am I the only one curious about this:

"Each agrees that he or she shall not in any manner disturb, bother, harass or otherwise interfere with the other party."

Is that the norm?

If it isn't, it probably should be. People get crazy when a divorce gets nasty, even average people who seemed perfectly rational beforehand, let alone two artists!

If it can protect against future needless abuse of restraining orders, counter restraining orders, etc. then I'm all for clauses like these.

Nope!

But you know, those are just words on page. Like a restraining order, if someone is intent on doing you harm, no piece of paper will stop them. But I do think prenuptial agreements where money is defined cuts down on lots of drama.

Technically, it's all words on a page, even the pre-nups, which don't always go unchallenged.

Like I said, though, whatever preventative measures two people can make beforehand can help. As for that unusual codicil attached...well, all I can say is- 'they know who they be' (lol).

Knowing Vicky's Twitter history, I'm sure he doesn't want her going off on Twitter with mean spirited stuff, tellin the world he got a small penis, or other mess like that. ... you know how some women like to publically ridicule their ex husbands, whether what they say be true or not.
