So sad. I don't understand why people opt to "save the marriage/relationship" after a revelation of adultery. Clearly something wasn't working out, and pushing and pushing to make it work only makes it worse.

To be honest, this guy sounds controlling. He got SK fired and refused to let KKL and her son hash things out.

To be fair step families are complicated. It sounds like the porn was the last straw in a string of issues. Is it a leap to think drugs were involved? It's really hard to imagine a wealthy, young man with every opportunity entering the porn business otherwise. Not saying it couldn't happen, but I think odds are that bigger issues were at hand, and since they have younger children in the family, protecting them became an issue. IDK, but without all the facts, I can't judge either of them. I know a blended family in a similar situation, (minus the porn) and it's very hard on everyone.

I'm a little irritated that SK has been banished from the show due to these issues. No wonder he's not on the show, even though there is a lot of story to tell with Hope. His last visit seemed so rushed.

Wow. So art really does mirror life!

Alex d'Andrea has always been very controlling of KKL, and wow at him kicking her eldest son out of the house. As the stepfather, does he really have the authority to dictate his wife's relationships with her children? Poor KKL. She is well rid of him.

This is entirely too much before I've even had morning coffee :D

Turns out B&B is just as naughty behind the scenes. I am really saddened about the business with the son. And just  about Ronn Moss trying to get in KKL's pants. Not much difference between character & actor it seems!

I feel so sorry for KKL! And her child. I mean, I'd hate to see my son in a porn flick but that's not the end of the world. I'm sure they can build their relationship again.

Oh and KKL and SK were too hot for words. I'd love for SK to return, there's so much story to be told there (Deacon and Hope? Deacon having a fling with Steffy? Wow).

Yep! Ultimately, KKL allowed it to happen. Save her marriage or keep her son close? She made the decision that was best for her. Brooke is not much of a stretch, I see. Not sure why anyone is coming down on the hubby. There are certain things that are not acceptable for some people, and for him, gay porn was one of them. I honestly don't see how he is wrong for telling a grown man to leave him home? Like you, JJ, her husband didn't toss out a child. KKL was not banned from seeing her son at all. Hubby just didn't approve of his profession and wouldn't allow him to live in his house.

As for being her mgr/hubby, there are some things that should not mix. But KKL could have always stood up once again and told TPTB that she would not be going anywhere no matter what. SK lost his job because TPTB were playing it safe, and add in his unprofessionalism for having sex with a married co-worker.

I'm gonna save my sorrows for someone who needs it. She possibly had an affair with a co-worker, so that's on her. However, she didn't need to cut ties with her son. He just couldn't live in the house. Let's not forget he was an adult!

Deacon and Brooke were insanely hot! I remember then getting together and was like Holy Sh!t.

    • Ranger, will you be his champion?! Tell Dante to back the he&l off? Be there for him in the coming days when he is going to be furious & possibly turn his back on the Cerullos & the Qs & show up at Sonny's door looking for a new place to park his weary head?
    • I have seen little of Wally, but I always think of the backstage story Julia Barr (I think it was Julia) told where he hated his character and storylines so much that at one point he put some form of clown makeup on in his dressing room to show his feelings.
    • Happy Birthday Giovanni Mazza!!

        Understandable
    • She's beyond awful. She needs to be sent away. We know that's not going to happen.
    • I knew that was the Manhattan skyline in the background  That’s one of the best parts of this; their relationship can go either way. Though I’m hoping that they’ll eventually find their way back to each other
    • I don't remember ANYTHING with Devon and Cliff! I do remember Liza fixated on him (around the time Angel Haining took over the role briefly as Marcy Walker left for Santa Barbara!), but not a thing about Devon. Shows how memorable it was. LOL! I do have a very hazy memory with Devon and...Wally, was it? I think that was his name, Devon's husband! (Mom watched AMC from jump, and wee little me got into it!) But I do remember poor Tricia Pursley just played Devon as a sad sack.
    • Since we need to see Tide placed in the show at least 4 times a week, Derek should be acknowledged as what happens when one accepts the Tide Pod Challenge.
    • No mention of Hope and Carter's Insta romance?   I skimmed through today's episode.   It was a status quo, pointless episode.
    • I agree that the costume designer has done well in giving characters a specific look-I just don't like Kat's! But I will concede defeat on this one... Now that the show is well established I am thinking about some of the choices mad re occupations and settings. I don't expect a soap to be a documentary but the workplace can be fertile ground for story, character interactions and to add a sense of realism. It's getting a little Y&R with people meeting up at eateries. Making Derek a firefighter seems pointless-he should have been a cop working with Jacob.Would have given him more airtime and purpose. Martin is supposedly an up and coming politician but we have no evidence of that. Maybe his office should have been a set-and some other characters work there. Jan could have worked there in some capacity, or maybe Ashley instead of being a nurse. Vernon could spend time there offering his expertise-which could lead to conflict with his grandson. Same with the Real estate business-we don't see Vanessa in that role. She would have more credibilty if we saw her at work. Ashley or Smitty might work there etc, with discussions of the business -listings, attending viewings etc Andre does real estate photography. Maybe Naomi could work for her father and they could have workplace battles. Discussing cases with Tomas and her dad. And we need to see Nicole at work. Finishing up with a client etc And for Chelsea and Kat some actual evidence of setting up the'purse line' Realizing how difficult it is to get a foothold. I like the idea of having a server at Orphey's being a wise 'talk to' for various characters. Just more effective use of the characters... What are your thoughts after several months of shows?
    • Finally, Days is a soap opera about drama. Wednesday's episode is soapy goodness.
