June 26, 201312 yr Member Agreed PJ...where are all the P&G moments?? More CBS moments?? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdlKNHEoF7c
June 26, 201312 yr Member Some moments I feel should've made the list: Annie Dutton throwing herself down the stairs (GL) Dru revealing to Olivia that Nathan was boning Keesha (YR) And I am headed to Youtube to watch both of those again right now!
June 26, 201312 yr Member And I am headed to Youtube to watch both of those again right now! Yaasss! I remember rushing home from the bus to see Annie toss herself down them stairs. Edited June 26, 201312 yr by Nothin'ButAttitude
June 26, 201312 yr Member And Lily's and Holden's first wedding should have been on the list...it was a great remote and wedding..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrLTfjc6Xlk
June 26, 201312 yr Member Yaasss! I remember rushing home from the bus to see Annie toss herself down them stairs. Reva/Josh/Annie was my EVERYTHING back in 8th grade!
June 26, 201312 yr Member Reva/Josh/Annie was my EVERYTHING back in 8th grade! Mine too. Guiding Light was must see TV for me till about early 04.
June 26, 201312 yr Member Yes! Reva driving off the the bridge is an epic moment and soaps. As aforementioned, this list caters to ABC and DOOL.
June 26, 201312 yr Member And Lily's and Holden's first wedding should have been on the list...it was a great remote and wedding..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrLTfjc6Xlk Oh, you know why that "isn't" classic---it wasn't Martha Byrne. A lot of those choices seem mechanical. It's like someone said of course you have to have Luke and Laura's wedding--TV Guide gave them the cover!! blah blah blah. The old-timey bones they threw ( Jo's pregnancy and Lisa's arrival) seem almost forced. I can picture them groaning at being told they had to represent "grandma's" soaps too. (Ergo, Steve and Betsy don't merit a mention....*swears under breath*) Frick, they don't even mention the Brooks/Y&R/something about people finally sleeping in the same bed or what the fleck ever was so groundbreaking about them in 1973. *sigh* I mean, I get it--everything's subjective. But it always seems like CBS gets the short end of the stick even though they (arguably) dominate the genre because whoever's doing the list grew up considering them "Grandma's soaps". June 26, 201312 yr Member 16 and 24 should be higher. A good list, these lists all tend to be rearranging of the same moments but that's to be expected I guess.
June 26, 201312 yr Member When it comes to these lists all I look for is which surprise inclusions happen to make it because if I judge overall I'd just be disappointed.

Agreed...really surprised Steve and Betsy's wedding is not on the list. Lucinda losing her company to Connor should have been there too....Roger falling from the balcony on GL should have made it.....it had the Hello Barbara feel....lol....There a LOT of CBS moments missing on this list.
June 26, 201312 yr Member I would have definitely chosen Bert's talk to Josh (when he was paralyzed and Charita Bauer had lost her leg) for SURE, and Phillip's paternity reveal rather than some of this crap. Ridge? AWWW, HELL TO THE NO!! That's just insulting.
