They obviously don't mean all these moments were great feel-good moments. They mean they were great in terms of story-telling, acting, effect and drama.

Casey was going to be a vegetable, which he desperately wanted to avoid. He had not had time to prepare a living will and he knew his wife (Margo's mother) and parents would not do it. Before he went into a coma, he begged Margo, as she was the only one he knew would take him off life support. She did.

It's Casey Peretti, her step-dad who was married to her mother Lyla and who fathered Katie. He was dying and she helped him. Margo's son with Tom, Casey, was named after him.

I don't believe Ridge being Massimo's son has any business on that list (it was a stunt with no real long-term consequences - how many people who have watched B&B in the last five years would even know who the hell Massimo was?), nor should David's forehead, which was just a boring, silly story, for the most part.

I'm glad they included Felicia's intervention. I wasn't expecting that.
