Propping is a far overused word, but thats doesnt mean it should be called out when its being done.

Ugh! She's a parasite. She attaches herself to Patrick and Liz and sucks all the life out of them and makes it all about her. Patrick and Liz are only there to worry themselves silly about her immature problems. She's a contradiction. A little girl obsessed with excelling in a profession dedicated to giving and caring for others, all the while being extremely self centered. Robin died a year ago? Who cares?! It's all about her dead mother. A cop was stabbed and dies? Who got time for that?! It's all about her fear of blemishing her record of perfection. Add in the tinkly music and choir of angels disguised as Patrick, Liz, Felix and Emma... and there you have it.

That GIF coupled with Laura Wright's new haircut leads me to believe that all the hair stylists have been fired. They were probably the first to go in Frank's attempt to afford all these vets.

while ive never liked her, i will say that she isnt really an awful character but imo that makes all the endless, non stop, consistent propping from the entire canvas including throwing another new character under a bus to ensure sabrina is rootable even more unbearable. because it isnt needed. its lazy, sloppy, bad writing.

most of the hate for sabrina isnt really so much targeted at sabrina herself as it is at the obsessive propping.

Well, that might be the only solid decision made by VM in 2010. I am in my happy place right now due to recent spoilers and just want to forget her entire last run. I am not a fan of actors dictating story, but I think the Brante story would have probably been worse than the lame Balkan story they put out. I mean, I see the soapy goodness in Brenda banging the love of her life's son, but there really isn't anything wrong with Brenda having sex with Sonny's son since no one outside Olivia knew he exisisted at the time. I guess Brenda being the mother of Sonny's grandbaby would have been dramatic, but I still don't see how she was in the wrong or where they would really go with it once the initial shock wore off. Guza's style was to bring that "wow" moment and not think longterm and I think a Braby would have been much more detrimental than the Balkan story in the long run. It would have really effed up Lante and was unecessary drama for S&B, who have a whole laundry list of issues to cover on their own. I like that she wanted to (unsuccessfully) try to perserve the S&B legacy for fans. Whatever, bring on J&B!!!!

Same here, caroline. Ron can easily pretend that the shitty writing for our girl didn't happen and I'd be pleased as punch. All he needs to do is make Alec Jax's - which is what should've been done in the first place instead of showkiller Guza's terrible idea to make Dante his father - and a wrong will be righted.

I don't think she's any more propped than people like Jason, Sonny, Courtney, and Carly were. For years, we had to hear everyone talk about how fabulous and wonderful and perfect they all were. At least with Sabrina, it's like three or four people. The entire [!@#$%^&*] town talked about how fantastic Jason was for years on end and we were suppose to believe that most of the town was in desperate need for him and those other wastes' approval.
