I wish the Hulu mastheads still were using the photo shoot photos sad.png I think they're done with them now, they've been using screencaps for the last few weeks.

Oh, I think there are still many more shots to come.

That was a nice video. The station obviously put a lot of time and effort into it, as I would expect from from a local news outlet. But I have to ask...

Am I the only one who noticed this extended shot? Perhaps I've missed something but who the frak are these people and why did they warrant such a close look? Are we seeing the first glimpse of Reggie Montgomery and Danielle Frye? (Just kidding.)

AMC is currently #1 on the iTunes store "Top 10 TV Seasons" chart in the U.S. Not just #1 among dramas. #1 among all categories!

AMC has been doing really well on iTunes. Wonder why PP hasn't been making a bigger deal of that.

They seem obsessed (just like ABC was, to be honest) to make AMC/OLTL into a package deal. Thus, they fail to see AMC as the jewel it currently is right now.

I think they see both shows as separate and special. But the fact is that the shows and their success are symbiotic on a numbers and profit level.

I don't get that impression. I don't see where either show is suffering from lack of attention or promotion. I'm sure that they would like for people to watch both and I have no doubt that the majority of people do but I'm not seeing the "obsession." At least not from PP.

Agnes NixonTo my beloved All My Children Family,

I wish I had time to write to you individually, but from my heart I so appreciate all your messages and I consider each of you my personal friends.

Today, I send a Memorial Day thank you to all our men and women who have served our country. I wanted to share with you that National Geographic Channel will air a Memorial Day Special TONIGHT at 10pET - I think it is pretty great, as it was filmed by son with a cameo by my grandson, Jack! American Heroes Saltwater Challenge

With much love,

Agnes

How sweet. But wait, her son is involved in odd reality show competitions between fishermen and war vets? ummm.... ok. Is the kid at :30 her grandson?

Exactly--to say otherwise seems silly. Sure that news article mentioned One Life to Live in passing, but I don't think that can be blamed on PP... (and there have been a handful of other articles primarily about OLTL, one thing seems to depend on what show is currently being filmed when the interview or video or article is made.)

I'm lousy at figuring out charts, but from what I can tell, iTunes Canada has today's AMC at 24 (just behind this week's Mad Men--to put it in perspective nearly all the other shows are various episodes of shows that had strong online followings like True Blood, Game of Thrones, Arrow, Vampire Diaries, even Smash which I know did really well with downloads.) the three earlier eps are at 61, 81 and 106. Oddly, Tuesday's One Life is at 136 with last Thursday's at 164. (the list ends at 200)

For some reason I don't think the chart is accurate, but it should be pointed out AMC does have a far far longer history of having a heavy Canuck fanbase than One Life has.
