Really? Andrew better than Josh? Can't say I agree with that but...........

Well, maybe Andrew honed up on his acting skills over the year.

Goutman can direct a show, I give him that. HOWEVER, I'm a bit fearful too. This man has a history of working his way up the ranks, and it wouldn't surprise me if he was named EP after a year of two.

SN: Besides the fee, what the's difference between Hulu & HuluPlus. What does HuluPlus cuts out the commercials?

I gotta say the castings of Ryan Bittle as Adam "JR" Chandler II, Eric Nelsen as Adam "A.J." Chandler III, Denyse Tontz as Miranda Montgomery and Robert Scott Wilson as Peter "Pete/Petey" Cortlandt are fantastic and props to Alison Goodman and Michael Morlani the Casting Directors!

Denyse Tontz is really the spitting image of both Eden and the last Miranda. And she sounds like Riegel and has the mannerisms. Really excellent.

I like Eric Nelsen a lot too. And seeing Ryan Bittle on video, he comes off a lot less stiff. It's aging the character a bit (not that much given JY's actual age), but it's necessary, there is a time gap, and it's nothing compared to what old Irna used to get up to with SORASing in the '60s and '70s. And he's a hot daddy.

I'll reserve judgment on Stovers or Stouffer's or whatever her name is. I remember cringing at the casting of Yaya and then I thought she did pretty well, though she was green. Then she turned out to be excellent in a series of character parts in films, just excellent. I always thought it was a mistake for AMC to dump her.

No. You still get commercials with Hulu Plus. The main difference is that you get access to more content like full seasons of some shows AND you are able to stream more of that content on your TV or mobile device. Without Hulu Plus, you are basically limited to watching some shows on your computer only.

I concur. Im not even going to bother to try and read this stuff. I thought they were going to split up when production begin. Would make things easier to sift through

We split them when they air. Bite me.

The continued necessity of this thread is all the more clear now that we know at least one or two AMC hires were initially earmarked for OLTL. The shows are blending together on a production level at the moment.

$2 per episode is a lot of money for a show (or two shows) airing 4 or 5 times a week. I wonder if there will be an iTunes discount for these soaps.

I get that, but outside of who's hired and what everyone will be wearing, there really is no discussion about the shows themselves because there is nothing to discuss.

But again, I have no dog here so I really have no input.

    • I guess it depends on your device.  I can watch CW shows via their website on my Windows PC.
    • Ooooo A Liam episode? I'll watch it later today. They sure are churning the daily episodes out early.

    • Welcome back, Shawn Douglas! It's been a while. It really is too bad that the writers don't really have an interest in the character because there are still a lot of ways that he can be used effectively on the canvas. He should have been a part of the 60th anniversary celebrations as well. If anything, just to represent Bo and Hope. And I'd much rather see Jada paired with him than possibly with Theo. But I enjoyed him getting caught up with Belle, and comforting her. I'm sure they'll find their way back to each other at some point but I do like them as divorced friends. I just hope we see it play out onscreen. Belle being a dick about Sami again was unnecessary though. And we finally saw Liam again!  I'm curious to see how this storyline is going to play out, and who's going to be weaved into it. He and Abe do work well together too. And we learned that he has a kid. Hopefully, we'll learn more about his character in the future. But I'm not really sure about Johnny and Chanel suddenly having problems with raising Trey. They've wanted a baby for so long, so I don't understand why this is even an issue. They should know by now what it's like to raise a baby. But I did enjoy Johnny's scenes with EJ, and that Johnny still hasn't refused to forgive him. This storyline was/is very clunky, but having the two of them be at odds is the right decision. There's so much story potential that can be drawn from that. As for Chad... there was no time for us to see his reunion with Will, but there's time for us to see him talking BS with Leo? I don't get it. And I don't get all this random dating app stuff either. Leo and Javi were boring af too. If we're forced to endure them, can they at least have some real conflict? The two of them losing the baby was the perfect opportunity for it.

    • I enjoy BF better on Days than on YR.   Chad is greater than Cane, in my opinion.
    • Ick! Seeing MS and BF making out as the characters onscreen was just ewwww.
