This is a list of individuals who submitted their names for consideration:

http://www.goldderby.com/forum/topics/view/4273/page:1

That list will be narrowed to 10 in the Lead and Supporting categories for the pre-nominees that are supposed to be announced on Feb. 27th. Actors that make that cut can than submit an entirely new and longer episode for the final nominee round.

I really want Peggy McCay to be at least prenommed, but she submitted herself in Lead Actress and she's not a lead, that's tough! I don't think she gets enough recognition.

I like every Caroline scene, and there have been some substantial scenes for her lately.

Her Alzheimer's story should certainly merit Emmy consideration, but she's also great in lighter scenes too. It's amazing she's still this good at the age of 85!

Yeah Peggy McCay is a great actress, but she definitely belongs in the "Supporting Actress" category. Does anyone know if it looks possible or probable that HLN will carry Emmy coverage again this year? Or maybe even one of the major networks?...

I think HLN will air. They made a big deal about the ratings in a press release, so I think they'll do it.
