EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

Errol, where does AMC stand on casting? If production begins Monday, most of the roles should be cast, right? Are we ever going to get a full cast list or are we going to have to wait until the show begins to air? Mind you, I have no problem waiting but I am curious, especially about who will end up with the parts of Cassandra and Petey.

Weren't Julia and Jill working together on some kind of online project a few years ago? I imagine they're both all for participating in an online AMC.

Beautiful. The only thing that could improve upon the Barr news is Canary being a regular too, but I'll take whatever I can get of Mr. Canary.

This is actually one of their less busy covers as of late. If you check out the covers from the past couple of weeks, they have had literally 10 to 15 different individuals on each week's cover.

I miss the good old days when they just had two or three characters on one cover and it sort of represented the action on that week's respective soap opera.
