What was up with Diane's makeup and those earrings? She looked a hot mess and I hate how arrogant she comes across

Considering Edward's funeral wasnt shown, why couldnt they just have had more of his family show up off screen? Seriously, Dillon, Brook and Maya could have been mentioned as being there

The Lulu/Maxie twist would be so good if not for the fact that she is a heart transplant patient

She still cares about Luke? From the impression that the Tracy/Joe, Jr. fans gave me, I thought that she finally moved on.

I don't even mind the fact that Tracy cares about herself and money, but I do mind the fact that this chick has been complaining about getting her hands on money that she didn't earn in the first place since before I was a zygote. I'd be more willing to back her up on her complaints about Edward's preference of the men over the women in his family if she bothered to carve her own path beyond being Edward's daughter, but she'd rather sit around and wait for him to give her a cookie.

Other than the longstanding history on-canvas/being a symbol of GH's original glory days, I haven't the foggiest idea why Tracy is beloved by viewers.

I had hoped that Tracy wouldn't continue on as this cartoon, but that was too much to ask. When the family ox assaulted, kidnapped, bound and gagged her, that really bugged me. But I was especially peeved that nothing had changed with Tracy in all these years. Her first instinct was to call the police the moment she saw AJ. Five seconds prior to that, she's lamenting about always being alone. What was the point of having Alan touching her shoulder to show that she's not? I swear sometimes Cartini write stuff with the express intent to NEVER follow up on it. It just looks good and the audience wiill lap it up.

Tracy needs to be running ELQ and not as Ms. Scrooge but a serious business woman to be reckoned with. Ugh! Gotta go tweet a couple of clowns!

The math on the will made no sense! AJ left 12% to his living grandchildren, Jason, Skye, Ned and Dillon. Thats 48.% Michael brought up the point that AJ is alive and Diane just magically gave him 12%, making it 60. However that wasnt in the original calculation as AJ wasnt alive when the will was made. The total after everyone was read should have been 88%, not 100. Where was that 12% that AJ got going to? AJ shouldnt have been counted and Diane should have stated a line about them needing to settle that at a later time

I'm confused. Is Justus' sister Faith dead?

He's not legally dead though...

And another good episode BTW. I am waiting to see what this Molly nonsense is going to lead to bc for now it was totally random

I liked AJ's speech at the crypt. Quick, honest and to the point and he got out of there before anyone could make a shitty remark to him. I also liked that he didn't speak up when Diane asked if anyone objected to the names of the living grandchildren, knowing his name wasn't mentioned. But I think that Michael bringing him up and that he is a living grandchild was very telling as well, he's warming up to his real dad.wub.png

+1.

Read what this idiot wrote on the GH FB page

"It's official..I have watched my last episode of GH today.. I started watching in 1963 and today was the last day I will watch it...I miss Steve Burton so much..it hasn't been the same without him and will never be the same again..I tried, I gave it my best shot but I can't do it...I always said I would stop watching the day Steve left but I gave it a chance and it doesn't work for me.."

Did not like KA's hair one bit

When Molly sits down, Starr said "Just uh..." and stopped herself and said "What are you working on?" and Molly replied "Just a paper for school." I think KA was reciting the wrong line of dialogue and realized it laugh.png

Terribly contrived scenes, should've been left on the cutting room floor

about it I think Jan is a fine supporting part for a solid daytime vet (probably someone from the P&G soaps), as opposed to someone from the production location who is clearly cheaper. Which seems to govern some casting. I get the rationale, but I would start going through the ATWT/GL, etc. rolodex myself.
    • I dont mind Jan. She's good in the minor capacity she is used.
    • tbqh I don't care about Jan, I don't care about Ashley and I think Jon Lindstrom as Joey is an acquired taste. Jon is a great actor but certain things are in his zone and then some are not. Some days I find Joey credible and compelling, but the stuff with him hanging around the Golden Corral, grumbling about Doug and bitching at Randy is not amazing. If he had material on par with what MVJ wrote for Ryan/Kevin on GH back in the day it'd be a different story. I do think he has real chemistry with Vanessa, which is in large part due to MVJ clearly molding that character (and hiring an appropriate actor) in the Lucy Coe vein when she reinvented Lucy in the '90s as well. But I am not here to spend 6+ months watching Jon glower a lot (which is what he's doing half the time to carry weak story) and make more vague dire pronouncements while Jen Jacob gets flustered and weepy over "Daddy" or whatever would come of that storyline. Putting them together sounds like a recipe for doom to me. But I may be in the minority on that.
    • I know this will never happen. But... Halle Berry as Dani Dupree(BTG). She would rock this role, it's in her wheelhouse.
    • When I see how bad the Ashley/Derek scenes are, I know there must be a larger purpose and Joey being her father is the thing that makes the most sense.  My take on it is that Ashley knows Joey is her father but doesn't know Joey. Maybe he was there when she was a child or just not around at all but I believe Jan when she says she didn't lie to her daughter about who her father was. Maybe she left him when she discovered his dangerous lifestyle.  I do think they could really jump start the character of Ashley if they hurry and do this. Jan is a great character and her scenes with Ashley have been helpful. This would further integrate Ashley into the canvas and give her something dramatic to do. With her working at the hospital along with Doug, it could lead to complications if she learns Doug is involved with her father. I just need is sooner rather than later because Derek is tanking her character. I need a distraction.
