I don't see the character work with most of these people. Patrick vanished for long periods of time and is suddenly on drugs. Sam barely reacts to a dead baby. Johnny kills kids and walks around looking depressed until they finally snuff the character out. Luke is rewritten as the stud of Port Charles, in spite of having zero chemistry with most of the women who degrade themselves for him. Maxie is mostly just marking time. Todd is Carly's BFF for no apparent reason.

I disagree, they have completely changed Maxie's character from being a self absored twit to someone who truly cares about her family and truly feels sorry for inadvertently killing her sister. It feels to me like they have completely changed the purpose of Maxie with this redemptive angle and now she seems much different from where she was a year ago. I feel they have been delving into Patrick's storyline pretty well and it's actually more impactful now that they have waited for the dust to settle a bit because of the time difference from when Robin died. Patrick months down the line is still having a hard time believing that his wife is dead and that's more poignant to me then yelling, shouting and endless tears a week or so after the funeral only for him to move on two months later. I like that he is still wrestling with this and that the story has built progressively instead of having a jam packed two weeks and then nothing of substance later on. I don't like the way they are playing Robin's return, but I do like how Patrick is still having problems nearly half a year later with dealing with his dead wife

Up until the last two weeks or so I would have agreed. I really loved everything from her rescuing Luke on, though, especially the scene with Heather that was cut from the original broadcast (probably due to Colorado, which makes sense IMO).

I cant beleive they havent shown Olivia yet! Thank god it looks like she will be on tomorrow although sedated. Its about time Sonny came to visit her though

Im glad Todd owned what he did, had no shame and then had him arrested. John you DID bandon Natalie and Liam. You DID kiss Sam. Seriously he needs to STFU. Todd's motives for what he did shouldnt matter bc he did nothing but expose the truth. With that said Todd also needs to STFU about John ruining his relationship with Blair. Todd did that all on his own and John was doing his job, not intentionally trying to break he and Blair up

I stopped watching today's (8/6) episode. It was craptastic from the word GO! Anvil after anvil. Not to mention that garbage dialogue of Elizabeth "$200 Haircut" Page. I have better things to do this evening... like go for a walk.

Go to YouTube and look up SimplyGH -- even though she's named her channel "GH is currently being played by OLTL" which means she's none too thrilled with the OLTL INVASION. She even stopped uploading for about 2 weeks until her subscribers rallied.

Elizabeth Page is a horrible writer. I've barely watched GH in the past two eeks because everytime I turn it on it's full of unenjoyable camp, bad acting from just about everyone, the worst dialogue ever, bad camera work, and I think the lightening is even darker sometimes than when everyday of GH was night last fall/winter

But lol at Starr thinking Trey was mad her for finishing his cereal. I liked their scenes & also Jason/Elizabeth.

I hate that they made Lucky a deadbeat. Its so not like him at all to completely walk out of Aidan's life and have nothing to do with him regardless of the type of woman he feels Liz is. I wish they at least pretended that he had a relationship wtih his boys. As it stands it doesnt seem they even interact with Lulu. Its as if those boys have been erased from the Spencer clan and its a damn shame

Speaking of Aidan, I thought this new kid looked like Brenda's son, Alec
