More like Days is going on hiatus for a few weeks due to the Olympics so SN needs something to fill up the space. The've aired a block of classic episodes for this in the past. Its not about trying to be relevant and kiss soap fans asses

This was interesting. SoapNet's ratings for all shows for an entire week.

http://www.tvmediain...f-june-25-2012/

Some numbers, especially Y&R's, are impressive given how many systems have dropped SoapNet.

Thanks for sharing. Love seeing that the "classic" AMC episodes are the most watched of the three shows airing "classic" episodes. They're not in the best era ever but, still, it's good! ;-).

Statements like this one make absolutely no sense. What next? ESPN Classics trying to be relevant and kiss sports fans asses by showing classic sports matches?

I am sure it easier to do GH marathons since the show is owned by ABC, it probably would have been a different process to get classic Days episodes wouldn't it?
