Shawn Christian must've been on Passions after I'd given up on it because I don't remember him at all.

Sounds like Eric Martsolf is dealing with the same issue as did on his previous soap - trying to provide an extra dimension to a character that has the appeal of a pap smear. (Or I could be projecting my residual Ethan hate onto an innocent character here).

He wasn't on Passions.

If this was strickly known soap actors I'd say Mark Lawson, Josh Kelly, Thad Luckinbill, Forbes March, or Greg Vaughan.

As for the Eric Marstolf thing, he was fine on Passions but everywhere else he was either bland or campy.

If Daniel Cosgrove gets cast, watch out for a cancellation notice.

I love Eric Marstolf. Not only is he nice to look at, but he just is what I imagine John Black's son to be. I hated Kyle Louder and his singing and dancing and all that other crap.

I'm glad they're bringing Eric back to town. It would be nice if they went with someone who hasn't already done a bunch of other soaps. What is 'Dark Angels' William Gregory Lee up to these days?

No. I think most of them try (for better or worse). The comatose smarm acting was more limited to TSJ's OLTL years.

indeed.....Jensen Ackles was ok but he was soooo overrated in the role til some fans believe Eric couldn't be recast.
