OMG, I was today years old when I found out that there are two Peyton Lists - I thought SAG didn't allow people to have the same name (although I thought it was odd that she was blond and appeared younger)...

What in the Chi Chi LaRue

Actually I've heard great things about the film, looking forward to it.

Kim Zimmer had a movie premiere at SXSW a few weeks ago starring her son Jake Weary (ex-Luke, ATWT) because of course.

Her character description (included for @Vee) A brash tow truck driver (Kim Zimmer)

Michael R. Jackson's new musical is about a soap opera and there was a soap opera NIGHT March 28th where apparently "Former and current stars of One Life To Live, Guiding Light, As The World Turns, and more are expected to attend." (good luck with that currently business). I'm surprised this wasn't posted about here and that I only heard about it on the SOD podcast. Or maybe I missed it!

BTW The musical is described as:

*Clearly he was a fan or either Y&R or GH in the 90s.

Alan Dysert played Sean Cudahy on AMC for many years.

Recently Alan released a book: LIGHTS, CAMERA, CANCER.

From Alan:
Most of you don't know that for the past 11 years I've been dealing with one of the rarest cancers on the planet.
4 Major surgeries - Months of Chemo in Chicago, 29 CT scans and counting, multiple Pet Scans, MRIs, X-rays, and over 150 blood draws and counting.
I'm blessed to be here: Most people with Urachal Cancer don't make it past 5 years. I am at 11 and going strong.
But I take nothing for granted. I express my gratitude multiple times each day, stay busy and keep a very positive attitude.
IT'S NOT JUST A BOOK ABOUT MY CANCER JOURNEY. IT'S ABOUT MY LIFELONG JOURNEY TO FIND TRUE PURPOSE ON THIS PLANET. I NOW KNOW THAT PURPOSE.
NOW AVAILABLE on AMAZON in Hardcover, Paperback & eBook
Order the book here:
Peace and Good Health,
Alan

Q) Ryan, you’re a mighty talented actor. Are there any upcoming on-screen projects we can look out for from you?

Ryan: Well, that’s mighty kind of you to say. Thank you. Yes. I’ll be appearing in the second season of the Hulu series “Everyone Is Doing Great.”  That was a fun one to shoot because I got to work with some friends that I’ve wanted to work with for quite a while now. So, keep a look out for the upcoming season!  This summer I’m shooting the feature version of a wild romp of a Rom Com, which started out as a pilot that I starred in and Executive Produced. We’re fortunate to have the support of some great folks, who want to do right by this heartwarming, culturally prescient story. All of us involved are thrilled that we’re going to get to bring that to life in a feature format. Beyond that, I’m very focused right now on developing and writing some projects of my own.

It is remarkable when the number of wedding ceremonies is more than the number of years wed. - Victor Webster (ex-Nicholas Alamian on DAYS)

My favorite line from the very shady Page Six story.

    • The first time I cried from a soap, Zane's death. I cried for 3 days.
    • Very happy to see GH hit #1 on Hulu! The show's been on fire and deserves the added eyeballs.
    • I really appreciated all the movement in today's episode.  It resonated with me that it felt like the sort of nervous energy that can surround a family after death. I want to point out the EJ scene.  I was riveted by his multi-layered performance. When he told Belle that he went to her because he loved her, and then saw that she was embarrassed by him, and rejected the part of her that was attracted to him.  It started to make even more sense why he would try to protect Johnny (who I still don't think shot him).  EJ feels like a pariah (although TBH, it wouldn't have hurt to bring Marlena some of that tea that everyone had been promising her all morning).  And he doesn't want to pass that along to his son by exposing him as the shooter.  It is interesting that we see none of those same concern between Kristen and lil'Rachel.
    • -- What a stupid party. Devon and Abby leave while Victor goes upstairs to the GCAC bar and talks with Kyle. Then we see Jack giving Nikki ANOTHER birthday toast as if the party has just begun. Huh??? -- This party perfectly encapsulates sweeps month for this show: lame, deadly, boring af. -- Once again, Cole gets really sick and no one insists on an ambulance or the ER. They really want him dead, don't they? Instead we hear multiple characters say "Gee, I hope Victoria doesn't catch it." Cole will be dead before Dumas. -- Kyle is really offering to make a contract with Victor so he can continue to see Claire? Jesus Wept. -- And then the shoe ends with Victor praising Nikki for softening his heart over the years -- after we've seen him treat Kyle, Michael, and Jack like sh_it for days.
    • Your welcome! Will never understand the point of Budig! I forget she’s there 95% of the time and Thudley does too!
    • I do think Zane could have been a decent long-term addition if they hadn't disposed of him - up to Lucas' arrival, at least.
    • It is 4 feet!!! https://www.hulu.com/hub/tv/collections/9979 Today, GH, I am amazed. #1 Up from #2 on Saturday, which was up from #4 during the week last week.

    • If he was responsible for Egyptian dust, you should have led with that! That one thing cinches it for me.
    • I would consider recasting Nikolas again just for the sake of those around him, but you may be right.
    • Watched Mondays episode, wow! That’s all I have to say. It was heartbreaking to watch. You really don’t know how invested you are in these characters until moments like this. Deidre was absolutely phenomenal in that whole episode, as I am sure she will be in the coming weeks. I was a bit torn about having Bo and Hope being the contrast in this episode, but I understand why they did it. And when Bo woke up and said fancy face to Hope, it broke me even more! Honestly, there are no more words except bravo to everyone involved and RIP to the greatest hero that ever existed in soaps John Black
