They are [!@#$%^&*] idiots (a.k.a., typical DAYS OF OUR LIVES management) if they do not do Chad and Will. Every time I check in on that show Will is practically presenting his hole to the guy. Everything about their body language and emotion around each other screams passion. It's a DiMera and a Brady/Horton, just [!@#$%^&*] do it. And PROMOTE IT like you would have Austin and Carrie back in the '90s and that show would take off.

My only real reservation about "Chill" is that I seriously do not think I could handle another 2-3 years of Sami screeching about the DiMeras and Stefano bitching about his son getting involved with Sami Brady's kid. We're just getting a slight breather from the EJami-go-round now...

I would just make Will into alternately both the new Carrie/Chelsea and the new Sami - the young ingenue, sometimes scheming. That's how he plays now anyway, except for the edge.

That's true. And I actually find Massey likable enough onscreen to transition into that sort of role.

There is something I like about the current Sami/Will dynamic, wherein Sami continues to be a dumb [!@#$%^&*] and Will is the level-headed one, always trying to protect her and be sensible. I always assumed the child of Sami and Lucas would be a deranged maniac, but this choice also works for me... so maybe he needs someone really fiery to play off, someone who reminds him of his insane mom, someone he feels compelled to take care of even though it would be healthier not to try.

sorry anyone else catch that Days is coming to Vancouver on the book tour??? lol makes me more excited at a chance to meet Deidre Hall lol just cause i know how botched this storyline will be with Dena writing it.

that is a unfair comparison as couples in general today are not treated like that.

i just hope it is a good storyline. they have had some good romantic storylines, the philip/melanie/nathan/stephanie was good (for a bit), sami/rafe have moments, i am loving the daniel/jen thing. But who knows.

And although, yes it was Passions and they did a lot of crazy mess, the fact remains NBC never really tried to censor the show in that aspect when it was on.
